Experienced professional work. courteous and thoughtful with the manner of the repair. They wore booties to keep my house clean and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We purchased an older home not knowing that the insides of our piping was pretty bad. With a 60 year old home, we found corrosion, rust, and dirt in our galvanized steel pipes (i know.. gross) therefore they needed to be changed. This has been part of our bucket list since we had purchased our home and i had inquired regarding ballpark pricing from a few companies till i was referred over to JPC. Referrals are always a plus for me and since my wife's co-worker had a great experience with JPC, we decided to go through them with re-piping our whole entire house with copper.
This was a lot of work which included tearing into the walls to access the piping, demolishing the old corroded pipes and the install of the new copper piping. Prior to having the pipes replumbed, JP went over the process, how long it will take, and what to expect afterward. While the pipes were getting re-done i had also decided to have their crew replace our toilets with newer ones as well while they were here doing the job.
When it came to the tear down and re-piping, it was found that some of our house was part copper and part galvanized steel. JP and his crew did not re-use the old copper piping but replaced it with new ones which was a definite plus. The job did take a few days to get done, however if it is done right that was completely okay with me. I took a peek of their work prior to patching our wall the copper piping was very clean, routed nicely, and brackets were applied to secure the piping. No wonder why these guys get five star reviews because they take pride in their work. Overall, very satisfied with these guys work. A few days after the re-pipe, i had them come back and fix a few minor issues however they were quick to fix and did not leave us high and dry. Now, for the yelpers who are looking into re-piping their house, anyone can do a re-piping job but not everyone has the ocd and attention to detail like JPC. JP and his crew definitely delivered on this re-pipe. Thanks again JPC Rooter & Plumbing.

I approached them for two jobs - one was an emergency (hot water leak) and the other was a drainage pipe leak (something that can wait a few days). They gave a quote on the higher side, but since the hot water leak was an emergency, I had to get it done. While fixing it, they pointed out gas leak, and I opted to get that job done too.

In order to get the drain pipe leak, I had to make multiple calls to get an estimate appointment. I was given a very expensive quote after they opened up my dry wall. And when I decided not to go ahead with them - they would not patch up the dry wall. Created a mess!

And the gas pipe leak that they had fixed, was broken again within 10 days. I called and msged multiple times, but no response to fix the mess they had created. Eventually, I had to hire another contractor to fix the gas pipe lead and pay them too.

Please don't work them JPC Rooter & Plumbing - they create a mess, job is extremely sloppy (most probably will break again) and they over charge for the labor!

Thanks to yelp I got the attention of the business owner!
1. Comment about cost of gas leak is not accurate. Attached invoice has me paying you $350. And not what you have mentioned - please don't be dishonest!
2. Did you come to back to check for the gas leak fix you did? Even after me calling you multiple times? You did not! So that is my point. Your invoice says 6 months warranty, but you didn't honor that. I had to get the job redone by another plumber.

One of my toilets had a slow leak. Paul came by the same day to inspect it. Turns out the leak wasn't an easy flapper fix, so he came back 2 days later with the replacement parts and installed them. Leak is fixed now! Thanks a bunch!

I'm a pretty capable DIYer, but I wanted to get a new water supply line and a new gas line for a tankless water heater in preparation for a small remodel. I wasn't in too much of a hurry, but they took care and used the first time available to do it (even with all the rain and city hall shutdowns for holidays). I did 7 estimates, they were most competitive. That might not have sold me necessarily, but Juan Pablo communicated that he'd use standard 1"" schedule 40 (carbon steel) for gas line (more
than enough for a 35 foot run and a large BTU tankless) and did 1"" copper for water supply line - some others wanted to use flex lines for gas and complained about the sidewalk for water supply. He also dealt with permits/inspection with the city, and nice to talk to while there. The work was great, just as expected, often checking in during the job. Happy to have a quality job done that should last many decades.

I met Paul when I first purchased my home back in 2016. He worked on a couple items for the purchase. So now whenever I need a plumber he is who I call. He has always been quick to respond and knows what he is doing!
I recently had a water heater thermostat go out. He talked to me about the warranty and how to save money on those parts! His tech Jovani, was over and above helpful! He showed up on time and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done and was out of here in no time! Jovani also did something that I didn't expect...he went out of his way to look at something under my house that didn't pertain to the water heater. I told him I was having a problem with a heater vent and he didn't even flinch. He went under the house and confirmed my suspicion regarding my home heater vent. Jovani is a 5-star tech! Thank you all at JPC Rooter.. I hope I wont be needing your services for awhile but I'm glad you are there when I need you!

I had a backed-up cleanout valve that was pretty gross. Giovanni came and snaked it very thoroughly and made sure everything was good. He was fast, and very friendly. Great work.
