Jake (Owner) provided a competitive 1500 gallon septic tank and DBOX replacement quote after the Title V performing Company told me they could not perform the work on my schedule. JPC was able to complete the competitively priced quote work to a schedule that no other Company I could find would touch preventing the loss of my home sale in Sterling using their capable hardworking crew (in a rising interest rate market). Further JPC was able to quickly react to some new issues identified once site was dug up as well as rain and snow weather challenges without impacting schedule. They responded inmmediately to my questions and concerns as work progressed and capably handled the interface activities with the town. The provision of wise council/services on site access difficulties and post work landscaping. were also crucial to meeting my schedule. Bottom Line- Very capable experienced trustworthy Company ready to step up and meet Challenges at a competitive price. My five star rating is heartfelt. Wish there was a sixth star option.

I could not have asked for better service from Jpc excavation. Jake responded promptly to my request for a title v inspection, scheduling it for the following week. He was very helpful in letting me know how to find the things needed to be checked. He called when he was on his way to our house and went out of his way to help us replace an extremely heavy and large septic lid with a lighter, more user friendly cover driving to 2 places to get one that would fit. He even scheduled a septic pumping for us once he was finished. I highly recommend Jake and Jpc excavation and will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Jake was the consummate professional. I was on a time crunch and he fit me in, arrived early, got to work and assessed the situation in a calm and progressional way that eased my stressed mind. I cannot recommend Jake enough. If septic service could be possibly enjoyable, it was with JPC, truly.

Jake (owner of Jake Pettes Costruction) responded to my request for a title 5 inspection right away, scheduled it for the following week, called to conform the night before the appointment, and was there right on time with the needed equipment. He asked if I was having problems and I told him I did not but wanted the inspection performed as I am considering down sizing and may choose a smaller residence. He gave me the the firm dollar number for the inspection and labor right away, reviewed the data that he retrieved from the town records, and started digging. Watching him and his mini back track hoe was art in motion! Jake determined my system was ok but some components needed replacement as the methane gasses over 40 years deteriorated the concrete risers and distribution box. He gave me the quote to repair (about 10% of a replacement system), came back a few weeks later (his stated lead time) with the necessary parts and permits. The town inspector reviewed and approved his inspection and work, and shortly there after returned to back fill the removed earth. I now have an approved title 5!
