With a Chinese viral pandemic and all but essential businesses closed, JP Works was nothing less than an essential business when an entire household is without running water. Jim Phillips quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a timely replacement of a water pump and well tank. It was a major project pulling up a 40 year old pump from a 172 foot well depth, but with all the right equipment and know-how he finished the job in both a timely, courteous and professional way. He also replaced the well tank inside the house without leaving any mess. The costs for all new parts and a whole mourning of labor was the biggest surprise! No need to shop around for a better price, because Jim Phillips is without a doubt the best job for the best price. He and his crew are as good as it gets!

Got home after vaca to the best surprise!.... flooded floors! we called a local plumber who came out and looked at it and charged us 80$ just to tell us that we should look elsewhere to get a better price and sent us to Jim at JP Works.. and I'm so glad he did because we are SO happy with the price, results, and service. He replaced our water heater the very next day. I would recommend him to anyone!! We will be saving his info for or next lovely home adventure
