His prices were more than fair and contained no hidden costs. John shared with me what needed to happen to prevent future clogs and explained why and how the work could be done. What can I say?? I was in desperate need of a plumber and called John. Best part is, he actually ANSWERED THE PHONE !!! And when he said that he would be at my home within an hour, he was at my home WITHIN AN HOUR!! And the price that he quoted me was actually the price that he charged me. No surprises. If you're having drain issues, give him a call. You won't be disappointed. He had me back up and running in less than an hours time. Couldn't ask for anything better than that. Very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Our basement flooded in the middle of the night, while we were out. Imagine coming home to a flooded basement. That's what happened. We cleaned the basement and we're trying to find someone to help use with a burst pipe. I've tried calling 5-6 other people, but they were unresponsive. JP was available first thing Sunday morning. Stop by the house and fix our pipes before noon. Reliable quick and reasonable priced, highly recommend!

I had an issue with my toilet, and it was 4pm on a Saturday. John come within 2 hours to fix it for me. Awesome person, and he knows his stuff. Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work. He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the ""watch outs"" of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs.
