I called up about a difficult kitchen sink drain repair in an old coop on a Friday. I sent over pics via SMS and received an estimate. Although they weren't able to come that day, they followed up and came first thing Saturday morning, even earlier than I'd anticipated, with all the parts necessary for the job. What can I say?? I was in desperate need of a plumber and called John. Best part is, he actually ANSWERED THE PHONE !!! And when he said that he would be at my home within an hour, he was at my home WITHIN AN HOUR!! And the price that he quoted me was actually the price that he charged me. No surprises. If you're having drain issues, give him a call. You won't be disappointed. He had me back up and running in less than an hours time. Couldn't ask for anything better than that. Very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.
