I had an issue with my toilet, and it was 4pm on a Saturday. John come within 2 hours to fix it for me. Awesome person, and he knows his stuff. He also took care of another small issue for my tenant, and didn't even charge me for it. If you need any help at all with a plumbing issue, I highly recommend JP.

Called John early Thursday afternoon to help clear a kitchen drain. He gave me some advice over the phone to help clear it, which unfortunately didn't work. He got someone to my home a little while later. His assistant was very respectful and did his best, but was unable to clear the drain. He tried until about 9:30 at night. John came next morning, and was successful after a hard go at it. John honored his original quote for the job and we had a nice chat afterwards. It's hard to find a good plumber, and I'll definitely call him for my next job.

Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the ""watch outs"" of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Anthony answered my call quickly and sent a plumber within a few hours to fix a burst pipe under my sink in the kitchen that had leaked into my basement. He sent 2 plumbers, Mike and Jack who worked very hard. They found the leak quickly and even came on a Sunday to work on it. I highly recommend this company.

My sewer backed up in the middle of the night on a Monday, and was worried about extra water damage being it looked as though there was a huge flood. I did a quick search on yelp and found J P sewer and drain cleaning. I reached out on yelp and received an immediate response with a quote, they came out to my location and took care of the problem in a timely manner. My problem was solved immediately they had great workman skills and they were professional. I would highly recommend them and use their services again.

I called up JP to get some help on replacing an old pipe that was giving me issues when it rained. Make a long story short this was a Wednesday, he came by the next day and we settled on a day soon after. The work was done 2 days later and it went perfect. The communication is just what you want from a place that you want to trust and rely on. Pricing is fair and the people who do the job are total professionals.
