My bathroom sink started leaking water which ended up spoiling my wooden vanity since part of it had swelled with the water. I knew I had to replace it with a new one but since I'm no plumber, I started asking around for recommendations but none of the recommended ones would get back to me. I ended up with JP Plumbing and they were available to help fix the issue the next day. I was lucky enough to get Jefferson, who was on time, respectful, knowledgeable and absolutely patient with explaining what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. Turns out, I had gotten a shoddy drain put in!He installed my new vanity, replaced the broken drain with a proper drain set up that will be a long lasting fix. I cannot be more pleased! Thank you Jefferson and JP plumbing. Definitely trust them with all your plumbing needs ..they are stellar!

I contacted JP Plumbing Solutions towards the end of the day on Saturday for my plumbing needs. Eventhough they were done with service calls, they managed to send a tech out last minute.

Ismael showed up within 15 minutes of my request. He readily assessed my needs and quickly got to work. He explained every step thoroughly and provided different solution options to resolve my issue.

I had a problem with my half bath where when the toilet flushed, the water would not go down. This company came out on a Saturday and snaked out the toilet. It's a good company.

We had them come to fix a leak from our master bath toilet and a month later the same leak started up again. I've gotten no response asking for follow up. I've also reached out multiple times to get itemized copies of my receipt (we had other tasks done too) and have gotten no response. To fix the leak, we had to remove our toilet & had it replaced since it was very old. The new toilet was replaced very crookedly and when I pointed that out upon inspection, the last minute adjustment led to a poor re-caulking job. Really frustrating.

I called JP Plumbing because I needed a faulty PRV replaced. The plumber showed up within the provided time window wearing a mask and was very professional and polite. The job was completed efficiently while the scope of work was increased due to an unrelated leak that was discovered back in the wall during the course of this work. Everything was left clean when done. Would recommend.

They were on time, I'll give them that. First plumber (yes we had a second) did not seem to know what he was doing. He drilled a hole right through my wall to the other side and never said a word. Left a mess. Twisted pipes left us with a trickle of hot water. Charged us more than we expected to pay. Wth? I look them up on Yelp (hubby found them through Home Advisor) and see there are actually discounts that were never mentioned. On the plus side, they sent a more experienced plumber the second time after we complained. He fixed everything, sent out a drywall guy for repairs, and also gave us a $100 credit. Yes, they stood behind their work, but it shouldn't be that hard to begin with.

Ernesto was awesome!

FAST and RESPONSIVE. Came for a free estimate and provided a verbal quote on the spot and backed it up with a written quote for the same price a few hours later.

GOOD VALUE and EXPERIENCED. I got four quotes and his was the lowest quote, by far. He fixed a plumbing issue that some other plumbers said couldn't be done.

GREAT COMMUNICATION. His office was easy to work with, kept me updated, and followed up with all the invoices and paperwork immediately (and sent me electronic copies).

Definitely recommend him 100%!

My plumber was Ernesto, who said he would come out that evening (even though I called close to 5:00 p.m.) without charging a ""late fee."" He did a great job and replaced the radon and backup sump pump piping that went into the same sump reservoir. (Luckily, the backup sump pump prevented flooding.) Ernesto was very efficient, professional, and friendly.
