I needed a new gas line for a pool heater. Called to get a quote, they came out the next day for the walk through and had the quote to me later that same day.

We had to delay the job due to my vacation schedule and the office manager was so easy to work with.

Once the job started, the crew was careful to explain what they needed to do, how they would be cautious around my new fence and even helped remove old garden beds that were near the job site since they had the equipment.

Job was done quickly and inspected by MUD the next day, who approved the job and final fill was done later the same day.

Billing was quick and online payment was available.

They will be the first ones I call for any future plumbing jobs.

JP and his crew were beyond phenomenal I just purchased at home and wasn't real pleased with the water heater I called JP the next morning he had his guys out there by that afternoon my water heater was replace I cannot say enough good about these guys and their work ethic they were professional courteous and very very reliable I will definitely only be using JP and his crew from this point forward

Probably wouldn't use them again. The guy that came out to replace my water heater showed up at 8:30 when I was on the schedule for 8. That made him stay later finishing the work making me late for an appointment. He also smelled HORRIBLY of smoke so much so that I was coughing. I had to air out the basement because the smell lingered long after he left. I also found multiple cigarette butts left around my property. Just seemed disrespectful to leave trash laying around.

We had some serious pipe knocking in our downtown condominium. Corey came out and made some suggestions with respect to the HOA. Those did not pan out. He came out again and suggested a couple of fixes. Then he noted we had a 16 year old no-name water heater. He suggested (no hard sell) that we go ahead and get a new water heater. I thought it was financially sound advice as we were going to already spend a significant portion of the new tank cost. Plus, it came with the hammer arrestor anyway. The company put me in their calendar and got the work done very efficiently and quickly. No more pipe noise. And peace of mind with a new water heater with a long warranty period.
