I've used jp plumbing multiple times and they always pick up the phone and in all my experiences they come the same day. Prices are very fair and they get the job done. I've dealt with other companies here in town and this is the only company that I trust for my plumbing needs

Our water heater went out, which is of course unplanned work. By that same afternoon, the old one was out, the new one installed and ready to go! They were careful to protect the flooring, left the work area very clean and took care of hauling the old one away. Couldn't ask for better service--highly recommend!

Work was completed as arranged, however, it took CONSIDERABLY longer than it should have to complete. A simple dishwasher install took five hours instead of at most 2-3 hours costing us essentially DOUBLE what it should have. The cost to install the dishwasher basically equaled the COST of the actual appliance. Plumber left multiple times to check on other jobs while we were still being charged an hourly rate. Further, my husband had to take the dishwasher out and correct the placement of springs as they were rubbing on the sides of the cabinet opening. Plumber also had to return due to work he had done LEAKING. All in all, would not recommend.

Price came in considerably higher than quoted. They didn't complete the installation on two of the four items and still charged full price for their work. The two workers took extended breaks. I would never use this business again. Very disappointed.
