Used 1st time years ago, great work reasonable price, used 2nd time huge ripoff, overpriced, left me to fix something and do cleanup after them... actual plumbing work done well but holy cow on outrageous cost...liken it to a used car sale on a car you really needed. Go elsewhere and buyer beware.

I called JP Plumbing based on a referral I had received. I couldn't have been more pleased. I had my 3rd outside Main Waterline leak in 4 years. Talked to Josh around noonish. He was on a job and still answered! He asked me to send him some pictures. Then Brendon called and said he'd be over in an hour. I hadn't been able to find the leak, but the water bill alerted us that it had to be leaking.
Brendon looked over everything. With my leak history, the age of my house although totally upgraded Brendon knew exactly where to look, the valve into the house was the problem or just before it. The decision was a no brainer it was time to replace the entire main line, meter to the valve. He gave me an estimate based on a 52-foot run, the new Plex tubing with a sleeving and leak detection plus a tie-in to the sprinkler line with in-ground access hatch. He and Josh guarantee their work. Their bid, after researching average costs online was easily in line. I was told I had a significant leak, and if the bid were accepted Brendon would start early AM. He was a good as his word and by mid-day Josh and the remaining crew showed up. I was handing them the the final payment at 4 PM. We couldn't tell that our front yard had been disturbed. The pavers they pulled were back in place like new. The had also removed all the original line from my yard.
The bill was less than their bid. We were PLEASED! I got a call later letting me know that I had read the bill wrong, and they were refunding 125.00 + some change.
I probably read it wrong because, I was given a Veteran Discount and during the job the entire crew thanks me for my service.
I've finally found good, reliable AMERICAN PATRIOT plumbers. Thank you, Josh, Brendon and crew, for your professionalism.
