Shaina C.This company is extremely unprofessional. First, the owner contacts me to set an appointment for Saturday 12-1 PM to white I agreed. He then calls me back at 9:30 PM at night to request to come at 8 AM. I let him know that I had to leave out of the house and would not be able to be at home in the morning long enough for the diagnosis and repair. He says ""no problem"", we can just do the diagnosis and come back. 2 guys show up first thing in the morning attempting to do a rushed diagnosis and rushed repair. Then the owner says ""I'm cancelling everything"" as if I work for him and not the vice-versa. I. DO NOT recommend this company at all.
