After going through a plumber that just couldn't get the job done right, I gave these guys a call, and so glad I did. Real pro's here. Straight forward and to the point, which was great considering how much time was lost already due to poor previous service. A gas leak is a serious problem and so glad these guys took care of it. I sleep better knowing the job was done by real pros with no cut corners or ""mickey mouse"" kind of work. Thanks guys!!!!

Juan's plumbers came to my house to diagnose an in issue with a leak. They gave me an excessive estimate of over $500. I called another plumber who was able to fix the issue for $60. Do not use Merlos unless you want to get ripped off.

Great guys! Gave a responsible estimate for clearing plumbing from house to yard.
Another estimate from the main sewer line should this not do the trick .
Both prices were reasonable against comparables in this crazy Coronavirus!
They were masked and gloves, respectful, clean and courteous!
So far all is good here.
I'm very grateful they came out.

I've worked with a lot of different vendors. JP Merlos Plumbing was able to handle multiple projects I threw their way at different properties. I appreciate the level of professionalism and punctuality. The communication was key so I could report back to each property. The other issue that impressed me was that they cleaned up after themselves! Do you know how many vendors leave scraps behind?

It was 9:00 pm and everything was blocked ..the toilets, sinks, showers, etc. It was the main drain...I called Juan and he was here within a half an hour...he cleared all and we were up and running within the hour. His charge was more than fair. I would never hesitate to recommend his company.

Little Portion needed a commercial toilet and I bought a standard one. Ignacio got here in the early part of the appointment window inspected what I had and told me diplomatically that saw that the one I bought required a bigger pipe which would likely take days and $thousands. He offered a reasonable alternative that relies on vacuum pressure rather than water and would work fine with existing pipes and was very respectful until I understood. Then he went out and got the new kind within an hour and immediately started installing it. Not long after he realized the tank wasn't working, so he went back to the store to return it for a better one, came back, tested it, cleaned up the restroom (really well!) and kept to our agreed budget. Good man, good company.

Juan is the best!!! He came again to fix another problem we had when I was out of the country. He fixed the leak under the kitchen & fixed another leak & didn't charge!

Juan is the best plumber around. He came after hours to check a gas leak since the Gas Company wouldn't turn on our gas until the leak was found and fixed. We were freezing so he came late on the day we called him.

He quoted us a price and stayed until he found and fixed it. He even had to talk the gas company people through the issue on the next day because there are technician couldn't figure it out. Of course, Juan was correct and the gas company finally turn our gas back on.

Then Juan put it in a new kitchen faucet for us and also fixed our dryer hose. There was a leak under our kitchen sink about two weeks later. Juan came back. The problem was actually from the dishwasher rather than the faucet that he put in, but he fixed it and did not charge us even though we asked him how much it would be for the additional work.

Juan is so knowledgeable, very reassuring and very kind. It's like having a family friend come to your house to do your plumbing.

It's hard to find good service people. I highly recommend Juan and his assistant. They are honest, dependable and great plumbers.
