Sona S.I requested this company's service to install a new dishwasher. After suddenly canceling on 3/13, blaming the rain (installing a dishwasher in our indoor kitchen is not an outdoor activity), they rescheduled for 3/14. When they arrived on 3/14, my husband requested that they wear shoe covers, but they didn't have any. So we decided to move forward without shoe covers. They said they would go get shoe covers and never returned. I received a text a few minutes later that they cannot do our dishwasher install. I asked for an explanation as to why and was ignored. They did not step foot into our house and hadn't seen the dishwasher or kitchen where it was to be installed, so we are confused as to why they decided they weren't able to do the installation. We were blown off, and unsure as to why. We are extremely disappointed with this company's lack of character.
