We had Joyner Plumbing come work on our house during the remodel in 2020. They installed a new gas line for the range in the kitchen. However, when that gas line was installed, the tubing that they cut was mangled, causing a leak when they put on the compression fitting.

Since no one ever pressure tested the system, I have had a significant leak behind my range for 3 years. The only reason it was found was because Atmos had to come test when they replaced the service lines in our neighborhood.

Not only could we not get them in a reasonable time (understandable), but there has been absolutely 0 accountability, and I have been getting transferred from person to person for 3 weeks.

I spent over $1000 to fix their installation issue, and I can't even get the records from the original service.

Absolutely terrible way to run a business. Jack, and the other folks that run the operation clearly take no responsibility for their poor service.

I would rather hire anyone else but them. They do poor work (and know it), and then deflect any and all responsibility.

Efficient, reliable, knowledgeable, service. Replaced the wax ring of one of my leaking toilets and replaced the fluidmaster in both of my toilets (no more ghost flushes) today. I have been using Joyner for over 25 years and have never been disappointed. I have never had to call them back out to correct their repair work.

I have had Joyner Plumbing out for a sewer line replacement job last year. I also used them for smaller jobs. Overall they do a good job. Yes, plumbing is not cheap, but Joyner does an honest job at a fair price. They will not be the cheapest nor most expensive.

Anytime I have experienced a service issue with Joyner, Jack or the office staff would have someone come back out and made it right (fixed the issue).

I would not hesitate to recommend Joyner.

Was told on phone first hour service call was $95. They replaced 2 stems and one divertor in a shower and 2 gaskets on 2 other stems then proceeded to charge $177 for the hour they were there and said that's their hourly rate. Guess I should of gotten it in writing. Rip off.

I am so very pleased with Joyner plumbing. I had two outside faucets that were leaking. The two man crew was on time, very courteous and competent. They have a reputation from way back in the 50's. I can fully understand why they are still in business. Prices were very fair, as well!!!

DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.because my work had previously used them. First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad the at when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said "oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay".um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was not any better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

I had an emergency leak. Plumber was sent to figure it out. I was impressed how quickly he located the source and made the repair. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous

I called this company to fix kitchen sink's slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue. My suggestion is to find more reliable and honest people.

$200 to unclog a toilet...spent 15 minutes only on inside of house. Would not recommend. Totally takes advantage of folks if you ask me. Can't stand people who do that.

Okay, because of positive reviews, I left message on web site. Wait 24 hours, no response. So I call. I tell her I tried to contact them through web. Lady starts talking about somebody with feet up on table and things not being done, blah blah. Sounds like a nice lady, but have no confidence in their business. Said thank you and hung up. Called another plumbing company.
