When our water bill showed an over-double usage over our typical readings for two months in a row, without any changes in water usage on our part, my husband called Jovani's to check for a leak in our pipes. Jovani's gave us an appointment -- on a federal holiday, in rainy weather -- and checked our meter and reassured us we had no leak. He diagnosed the problem as an overfilling toilet tank, quickly fixed the problem and told us to let him know if we don't see a lowering of our water bill.

Jovani and his staff are very pleasant to do business with, and keep the customer updated on arrival time should a delay occur. Jovani is efficient, informative and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Jovani's Plumbing very highly to anyone, and we will definitely call them for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you very much, Jovani!

I was looking for a plumber to replace a couple of toilets in my home. As well as addressing some outdated and worn plumbing under the home.

Jovani, out of the few quotes I had was the most respectful, upfront, and professional of the bunch.

His work was high quality and he was very mindful of my living space and kept his work area clean.

His customer service skills go above and beyond what I'd normally expect from a plumber, as one of the two toilets I had ordered from Home Depot was a dud. He dealt with the company on my behalf and once I received the replacement toilet, he was available to reinstall it.

It was a very pleasant experience having Jovani address my home's plumbing needs.

I had several plumbers come out and give us a bid for a new water heater. Jovani confirmed and expanded upon what we thought we wanted and needed and what the project would entail, but he wasn't pushy at all about scheduling like some of the other plumbers were.
