Prompt service at time promised. Repairs were done well, and Danny was pleasant and careful to keep things clean as he worked. The price was great--much lower than the company I'd been using. I paid by check, but they take Mastercard and Visa also. I would definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

These guys are fantastic! Our downstairs central heating was down. We called our friend's large, well-known heating business and they gave us a $7000 bid for a replacement system. Then we called Joslin, and for a few hundred bucks they had it up and running!

We've had Joslin to our home several times. They have always been prompt, courteous and professional. They have also always corrected any problem I've had from HVAC to Plumbing. I am not one who actually likes any contractor, and I have honestly never recommended one before, but I must say that the service I've received from Joslin is great, and I will never use anyone else for my HVAC or plumbing needs-you shouln't either!

We were astounded- The Joslin Plumbing technician wanted 150.00 just to get out of his van. I'm serious- as in "" I'm not getting out of this van unless you write me a check for 150.00...... "" We were floored. Staff onsite have no authority to write checks to anyone.

We are a Church who just had Joslin out 3 weeks earlier to help us with another problem. That bill came to 750.00. After the first visit- we thought we had a business we could count on.
We will no longer be using Joslin Plumbing and will let all other churches in the Franklin , TN (as well as all Middle Tennesee churches in our association) know of our experience.

They may have been great at one time- stay away from them now.

Joslin had good reviews on Yelp and was also recommended on a neighborhood online group site so I thought I would give them a call. One of our toilets was leaking at the bottom after each flush. I called Joslin and the woman who answered was so kind and professional. They show up the next morning 1st thing (around 7:50). Within a few minutes he knew what the problem was, had the kit in the van, and replaced it. He was done within 30 min. Afterwards we asked questions about a few other small concerns and he was happy to educate us on the best way to approach the concerns. Punctuality, cleanliness, and getting the job completed, are sadly things that don't always happen and Joslin left us feeling refreshed while giving us hope that there are still companies out there ready to deliver.

I'm not a shill and rarely rely on reviews here but I gotta say: this company is awesome. Had an emergency leak upstairs - they were here in 20 minutes and didn't charge me overboard because of it. Also because they had such good service called them back for an AC service and someone was here an hour later. No high pressure add ons, no bs. They're great.

Pretty much agree with the other positive reviews. Joslin is the 4th plumbing company. I have used since moving here. I like that they are located in Franklin. They replaced a pressure regulator valve that was making noise, and added an external faucet. The work was done in a reasonable time and at what I felt was a fair price. They also agreed to work with my homeowners warranty company, even though they were not on that companies approved list. Recommended.

On a Sunday night we discovered a leak had developed under our kitchen sink. The base of the cabinet was totally waterlogged and there was mildew and mold developing. I couldn't locate the exact source. The leaking stopped when the faucet lever was turned off so our need for service wasn't an emergency.

Monday morning I did a web search for local, non-chain, plumbing companies and called Joslin first. They had someone there in about two hours. The service tech was able to ID the location immediately, a cracked section in the faucet handle workings. He suggested changing out the entire faucet. Said he would call with options that were in stock or that I could go purchase one my self.

A rep from Joslin called back within two hours with options, a higher priced Moen and moderate priced Delta. The higher end option was an identical model as the incumbent so I went with the Delta. I checked the price they quoted me and it was exactly what Big Box retailers charged, no mark up.

The tech came back the next morning, Tuesday, and installed the new faucet in less than an hour. It works perfectly.

When the bill arrived today, Thursday, they had not charged for the initial visit because it was so brief.

BOTTOM LINE:

Every person I spoke with was friendly and professional, they were empathetic and patient with any question.

The service tech was on time every visit, got to it, and was friendly. He also cleaned up the mess and answered all my questions.

We try to find local vendors and professionals for exactly this reason. No service provider in a given industry is perfect all the time. This time Joslin Plumbing was, I couldn't have asked for better service, excellent in every facet of the encounter.

I believe this is a trustworthy plumbing service and would recommend them to family or friends.

Too many artichoke leaves had been pushed through the garbage disposal (never again), and the kitchen sink was completely clogged. Joslin Plumbing responded immediately and worked with my busy schedule to come exactly when I needed them in the afternoon. Mike was able to thoroughly unclog this mess. He left the area he worked in clean and orderly and was done in no time. It cost much less than I would have anticipated. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for any heating and AC needs I might have in the future.
