After being ""stood up"" by another plumber, I called Joslin. Not only was I promised early service, I was called back within and hour and told that a plumber was on his way. I could only be there for just a few minutes, but my wife was so impressed with courtesy, diligence and competence. He bent over backward to see that our problem was solved and my wife was so impress with how nice he was. I regret that we did not remember his name but be assured we will call on Joslin for any future plumbing problems.

We called Joslin to repair our toilet which has a problem filling up the tank after it is flushed. We indicated the problem and the service man said it just needed an adjustment. He adjusted it and it worked for one day. My husband suggested it might be the mechanism but plumber did not think it needed replacing. We were charged $70. Two days later we called back and said the problem was not fixed and we felt that we should not be charged for another service call because the problem wasn't fixed originally when we were charged. That was not the case; we would be charged again. This is not right; the problem was not fixed. We will not call Joslin again and do not recommend this company.

Drew came out to look at a plumbing job I attempted and failed. He crawled under my house, took one look and told me I needed to cut a certain copper pipe and cap it with a sharkbite. He then told me I didn't want to pay him for that job and told me to have a nice day. No attempt to sell me on more work. No charge. No BS, just strait up honesty. I will have more plumbing to do and some HVAC. I will call Joslin. Refreshing to see honesty in this industry. Thanks, Drew.

Had these folks out to find a solution to a pipe breakage between our residence and a neighbor's house. Following TWO visits, they still could not determine the problem and suggested digging. Fine with me. Scheduled an appointment. Week of dig, received a call that they would no longer do the job as they were ""too busy, and supervisor said they would not do it."" Wasted two weeks of our time all the while having sewage leak out through the pipe. Very disappointed, and would not recommend.

Beware of a one line proposal with a nice round number like I accepted!

I am a contractor and I hired Joslin to install a tankless water heater at my property in Franklin, TN. It was a one day job for two men that included extending a gas line and two water lines that were just a few feet away. They did a nice job, but they charged me $5,000.00 for this work. I was unfortunately uninformed at the time that I hired them. A few months later, I am doing the same work on another similar project and am having the same unit, gas work, and water line extension done for almost half of Joslin's price. I purchased the unit today at a local supply house for less than $1,800.00 and paid another company about $800.00 to do what Joslin charged me over $3,000.00 to do.
I expressed my disappointment and regret to the owner today and he didn't seem to care at all. Drew just told me that that's how much they charge... I would strongly recommend getting other estimates, to hold them accountable. I would also ask for an itemized proposal and itemized invoice. Beware of a one line proposal with a nice round number like I accepted! Lesson learned and will make sure to share this bad experience if everyone I can.

Just called to set up our first appointment after leaving Lee Company due to multiple scheduling issues and missing their arrival windows. So far so good. Very professional and easy to work with. Looking forward to our first spring maintenance appt!

We were very impressed with Joslin Plumbing. We had clogged pipes that caused quite a mess, but Tanner came in and saved the day! They are prompt, friendly, and got the job done without it breaking the bank. Highly recommend you give them a call!!

I am leaving one star because it will not allow me to leave something less! Here's the deal, if you want to get screwed, use Joslin! I had them to install over $10,000 worth of air conditioners in my home so you would think that there would be no problems because they are new, right? WRONG! This was back in 2011 and I have had nothing but problems with them. At the time Joslin said to me that the parts were warrantied for 10 years. So, do the math, 7 years now and too many problems - AND - they nickel & dimed me on the parts too! I thought the parts were under warranty for 10 years? Liars and thieves! When I confronted them on it, they kicked my 17 years of loyalty to the road. I am stunned at the lack of work ethic here, what a massive disappointment. I dealt with this loser named William over there, who has zero concept of customer service. Bottom line is these people think that they can take your money and not deliver what you agreed on. And, as a veteran, I do not appreciate the dishonorable and disrespectful treatment. Buyer beware!

We have had an on-going problem with tree roots growing into our main sewage exit pipe from our house to the street and it has repeatedly required us using plumbing services to deal with at least one stoppage per year due to this problem.
I just had to go through another round of that and I wound up using Joslin for the first time. I was delighted to learn three things about them:
1. They out-performed some other plumbing companies that I contacted about this issue in terms of their willingness to help and their speedy response. Obviously that was important to me because when this kind of problem occurs, water cannot be used in the house and that represents a crisis.
2. I found their pricing policies to be more than fair and workable, compared to some of the other local companies.
3. They got the job done and repaired the issue, which was the reason I was looking for a plumber in the first place.
