I had a water leak, I found Joshua Tree Pluming on the internet. I called them right after they opened, And told them my problem. They came out about hour, and explained what needed to be done to fix my water leak. In a short amount of time it was repaired. very happy with the job.

So I called and got a quote from this guy, a couple days later I called back to schedule the appointment. I scheduled it for two or three days in advance, the day of the appointment I drive an hour to my rental property to meet him, call them to ask where they are and they said oh we're not coming, you never gave us all of the information we needed. When I explained to him that I rearranged my life to meet him there and asked if anyone else could come out he said there's nothing we can do I don't have anyone to send out, and that it was my fault because I didn't provide the address, even though he had my cell phone number and we spoke on the phone multiple times- and texted. I did totally forget to provide him with the address, but they just went ahead and booked someone else in my time slot. I told him as a business owner its his job to follow up with clients, same as every other business does. The icing on the cake, he said """"ma'am, even if I did have anyone to send out I wouldn't because of the way you're speaking to me right now."""" Probably not the best thing to say to an angry customer (disclaimer I was angry because he was so rude and unprofessional!). Very inconsiderate of other people's time. Don't waste your time with them, find someone that will actually show up to your appointment.

Professional, courteous, properly diagnosed the issue, and did a good job fast. Price was fair, and resolved my clogged toilet due to a tree root issue as fast as any plumber could. Really like having two technicians as they worked together on my job well and I'm certain the job went faster. Highly recommend you try these guys out.

My son had previously used this company so I called and had an appointment the next day. Joshua arrived on time. He immediately evaluated the drainage issue and gave me a written estimate of the job. He and Mike were able to start the job immediately. They are very professional, honest, and very clean. After all the dirt digging and drilling concrete you would never know any work had been done. They cleaned everything up and did a great job. I will always use this company in the future.

have had Josh out a few times to install plumbing and just recently had Mike to do some emergency work. this is the best plumbing service i have ever had. both do great work and extremely reasonable pricing! cannot express how great this company is for plumbing related services.

Joshua arrived ahead of the appointment and gave me an honest evaluation of what the issue was and what needed to be done and the quote. He and Mike started immediately and were done in a couple of hours. Overall I felt he did an amazing job and I was completely satisfied with the quality of work. I would re-hire Joshua in a second and will definitely use him for future plumbing projects!

We woke up on July 4th , of all days, to find our garage flooded. Our water heater decided, of all days, to die. Holiday weekend, and all we thought of was """"this is going to cost us a fortune"""". We called Josh and he answered the phone! We told him what happened... He gave us a price, and we were floored! We told him Yes! Come on by. He showed up within an hour, exchanged the old one for a new one and within what seemed to be no time at all, we had a new water heater. He cleaned up after himself and took the old one with him. After we spoke to him, I was curious and called a few more plumbers in the area just to see what they would charge. Their prices were doubled what Josh was going to charge us! Of course because it was a holiday and maybe that's what they would have charged anyway. Long story short.... I would recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing every day of the week. Great guy, honest, and hard working. Don't call anyone else!!!

Replaced leaking disposal for $450. This was on a Friday so we were charged $100 after hours service fee since he didn't finish till 5:35. Two stars since he fixed the problem, but deducted 3 stars since after checking with other plumbers, at his request, I found the cost to be about 30% to 50% lower. Josh is very nice, but this to me was excessive. He was at the house for 45 minutes replacing a $120 part. This work was done last Friday and now writing review since I've not heard back from him.

HOTTEST PLUMBERS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! seriously, I thought I was being punked. I'm still questioning if those two guys were real.... As for business, which was really hard to focus on, sweetest, nicest, hard-working guys. Got the job done swift and fast and managed to still smile while doing it. Don't even consider another service! Prices were fair, service was awesome and faith has been restored! I'll be sure to put something nicer on and do my hair before calling the next service man I need!! (Jokes aside, legit company. Great service.)

We had an ongoing issue for months and just weren't able to take care of it financially. We finally had to take care of it and we were referred by others to Joshua Tree Plumbing. He kept out promptly and fixed the problem. Even wasn't as expensive as I expected - if I had known, I would have fixed it sooner. I definitely recommend him and if we (God forbid!) have more problems - we will call him again!
