Easy to work with, accommodating of our schedules, and extremely hard-working to make sure the job got done on time, even if it meant working late into the night. Unfortunately my experience was bad! I had my bathroom redone and the contractor had Joshua do the plumbing. He arrived with his two guys and I asked him about a drain. No greeting or introduction 0 personality. He leaves and the two guys stay. I have a Kohler acrylic tub that specifically says it needs to be set in a bed of mud or no warranty. I ask his guys about it and they say they do that later. I ask them a question about installing the tub and they end up calling Joshua who tells them to pack up and leave. The tile contractor smooths thing over and they continue. I ask them again about setting the tub in a bed of mud. That's later. Next thing I know the tub is installed with no mud. Too late now so tile contractor and I decide we will remove drywall and put mud under tub later. The job is about finished and the tile contractor puts the trim on and tests the tub/shower valve. Surprise! The two boneheads put it in upside down and now the tile is installed. Contractor calls Joshua. He is too busy to come over today or tomorrow. So two days later he shows up at my door about 5pm. All he says is, ""I'm here for the plumbing"". Not so much as a sorry about the inconvenience. The guy should have been apologizing for delaying the completion of the project by two days. One of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had.

They were very fair with their pricing for a job moving a gas line in our garage for our stackable dryer. I got estimates ranging from $250 to $450 (always get estimates!) These guys showed up on time, did the work and stuck to the price that we agreed on.

Also, they've moved to Spring Valley from San Carlos.

Joshua & Joshua came to fix my sink after I had unsuccessfully tried to operate on it with Drano & a plunger. It turned out that the clog was waaaaay deeper than I anticipated. The Joshuas were very kind and answered all of my questions. They had to bring out some serious tools to fix the mess we'd made. After everything was good, the bill was super reasonable considering the time and effort they put into my sink! I would highly recommend these guys. They are awesome, will work late, and have a 30 day warranty for their services. :)

Joshua Plumbing and Drain Service saved the day on Saturday! I met Joshua and his crew at a plumbing store on Saturday morning and asked if they worked in the Carmel Mountain area. Most definitely was their answer and after explaining my AC/Plumbing nightmare Joshua said he could come by in between two appointments that morning!!

They showed up right on time and got to work accessing the problem and had it fixed (and a few other small problems) just as promised! They were courteous, put down plastic and cleaned up after the job was complete. Joshua was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions, answering them all without making me feel dumb for asking.

Thank you Joshua for coming to my rescue! I highly recommend Joshua and his crew for all your plumbing needs!

I really had to post something about this company. They are amazing! The owner comes out 11 at night to work till 4am in the pouring rain digging a trench in my yard to get to my broken pipes. He finished the job, put all the dirt back, and things went back to normal in our fast and hectic lives. The price was amazingly reasonable compared to the other company I called. Thanks to Joshua Plumbing, there goes one less thing to stress over. Thank you Joshua and thank you Yelp!

This complany had super fast response time, Joshua was very courteous and professional. I was impressed with how quickly and efficicently Joshua worked. He showed up on time (on a Sunday even!) He was able to do some trouble shooting and diagnose a major plumbing issue, helping me look at options. I was very comfortable with him in my home, and highly recommend him. It is almost 1 am on a dark and unstormy night as I write this, and Joshua is hard at work fixing the huge leak under the kitchen sink. I discovered a flood in the kitchen 2 hours ago, rushed to Yelp and found Joshua. He arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, and after some trouble shooting got right down to it. Phew!!
