Hired this guy for a small commercial job. The job entailed the plumbing for a new bathroom and the installation of a new outside water line. At first, he seemed fairly competent but it ended up being a nightmare. There was still work needed to complete the job and he stopped showing up. He did not respond to me after repeated attempts to contact him, leaving me with an unfinished job and having to deal with the city and the inspectors myself. A few days ago, i was on the site of the renovation and found the place flooded. Water was pouring out from under one of the walls of the bathroom. KUB came out and turned off the water. The drywall in the entire bathroom was ruined, and when I looked in the wall I found that a PEX connection had broken open. A PEX connection is the most basic of plumbing connections and he screwed that up. I just hope I don't discover defects in the water line he installed or the sewer connection he made. My normal water bill is $55.00 a month. Today I received the water bill from KUB for $2,814.00 for the water that was used before the damage was discovered. I'd sue him but he wouldn't be good for any damages. Do not hire this guy!

Do not hire this guy!
He came, provided cost, then he said he could start right away. We were thrilled and price seemed fair. He ran into an issue lining up piping and said he needed to run out again to the hardware store and get pvc glue. Never came back! Left our entire homes main water off, toilet non working, one sink of a vanity disconnected and didn't finish the vanity plumbing on the other vanity. This happened today, 4/10/20. The Friday before Easter weekend!!! There were no discussions, no disagreements, or reason for him to have done this. No response when we texted him. We are shocked at his unprofessionalism. All we can figure is he cut our baseboards too short. He cut the toilet connector too short, so we are guessing he ran out before we realized the issues. Might still be more issues we don't know, since we are not plumbing experts! It's 9:41 pm and I still haven't found a plumber to come out! Shame on you Joshua!
