I'm just the tenant, at an Airbnb, but Josh came in and treated me like my opinion mattered. Followed Covid protocols, was polite, informed me as to work to be performed, cleaned up after himself, etc. Im a retired 30 year maintenance man, worked with and as a plumber, for much of that time. Josh is great, and would be the FIRST plumber I will call for anything on MY home.

I found Josh to be very professional. On time and knowledgeable. He fixed and replaced leaks in shower a clogged sink and a bath plug that no longer functioned. All that as well as installed a tankless water heater. I have found my plumber.
