Just used Josh's Plumbing again. This is the third time we have used Josh's and couldn't be happier. They are reasonably priced, professional, they don't try to up-sell you, just give you the facts and go to work. Really pleased with them. I highly recommend them.

Josh did a great job replacing old piping and installing water heater. I was very pleased and referred him to many others in need of plumbers. A shower/tub pipe and faucet he installed occasionally did not turn off all the way. I told him it was intermittent, did not happen all the time, he changed a washer. Before long it was doing it again, occasionally, especially when myself or my grandkids took a shower. I called him, he and his partner spent a fairly short time on it and told me it was the same, showed me the washer and I said, ""You replaced that one before"" he shook his head. When I use it I turn it twice most times. It has to be a fairly hard shut and most of the time it goes off. Sometimes esp. when children use it or I don't double down on the shut off it leaks again. If I shut straight down with pressure it goes off, if I forget and shut it as I do any other faucet it often stays running a small stream or dripping heavily. I called a few times, hated to bother him again and finally got a call back. He yelled at me. Told me that it was fixed the first time and that he pretended to fix it the second time to appease me. I haven't been treated this way in years. I'm 80 years old and I think my pressure and my grandkids sometimes isn't hard enough and believe it is some calcification in the fixture. I will never use him again but my faucet still drips, just as it did originally. He doesn't believe it because when he turns it off it doesn't drip. If he'd examined it further, I could show him the problem. I have never been yelled at especially by a repair person who I had trusted enough to keep calling him back when it didn't work. This was my experience, he scared and surprised me when he yelled and so I hung up. I think he treats others differently, I'm easy to scare at this point in my life and he thought he could do so. Maybe good with many and nice to others but none but a child would have treated me this way.

Ran into Josh at Ace Hardware. Started talking to him about a situation that has already been turned down by other plumbers in the area. Josh told me ""I'm a real plumber."" Which put an instant smile on my face. When they showed up on time. The workers began to access our situation and told us they could fix it. 1 hour later they were done! Awesome work, fair price, way cheaper then the rest for the same work other plumbers wanted to charge. I highly recommend Josh's Plumbing.

If I could leave less stars I would. Josh was quick to respond, came out to the house, gave a verbal estimate and date to do the job. He said he'd send a confirmation email with all the info within a couple of hours. The next day when I still hadn't received anything I called the office number, a message was taken and then wait.... this went on for almost a week. When I finally received an estimate(6 days later) it was as vague as vague could be. I sent an email to clarify. Two days later, just a couple of days prior to the ""verbal"" agreed on date to do the work, I received another email saying that he couldn't take the job!! Not only wasted my time but put our remodel on hold until I could find another company. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

We have used Josh's Plumbing three times in the last month. Prior to using Josh's Plumbing, we had over the years used other plumbers with marginal success --including several recommended online or by neighbors. Josh was recently recommended by a neighbor when we needed to replace water heaters. Josh visited us the same day, explained our options and gave estimates for all of them. His estimates were significantly less than other plumbers. The work was done quickly and with little inconvenience. Everything was explained to us about the new installation and the work area left spotless. The next occasion soon thereafter was a constantly running toilet. Josh again promptly made himself available and fixed the problem. Then a
plumbing crisis occurred. A badly leaking service (sewer) line on a nearby vacant lot. Since the issue could have been caused by any of the homeowners whose lines ran in the sewer easement and an immediate fix was needed, Josh came quickly to evaluate the problem. It was our line. Josh evaluated the needed fix and, as the repair proved extensive, continuously communicated the problems encountered and the repairs needed. The cost, including equipment rental, was reasonable and appropriate. This is an honest and most competent professional plumber and we recommend Josh without hesitation.

Josh is a reliable, honest, and a talented plumber. we live in Bensch Ranch near Mayer and had a difficult time getting someone to come out for a simple job of installing a garbage disposal. Josh did not hesitate. He showed up at the appointed time ready to work. He made us feel so comfortable that we immediately hired him to install a tankless water heater and a soft water system. His price was very fair and his time estimate was spot on. He also came out on an emergency call without hesitation when an outdoor pipe starts leaking. We highly recommend Josh.
