Josh, came to our home to replace a ceiling fan for us. Mid installation we discovered the fan required a longer down rod. The one provided was super short. We both got on our phones to find part. He was willing to go get it for us . We couldn't get part til a week later. Josh returned as he promised and installed the new fan.
Very pleasant reliable young man. He cleaned up after himself (twice). I will look forward to hiring him for other projects .

Josh was initially very responsive and willing to help tarp off our leaking roof. After the work was done and he was paid in full, he became unresponsive when I had follow up questions. When i checked on the tarp a week later, it had come off already so I'm not sure if it helped at all.

After looking to Yelp for help finding a handyman I gave Josh a call. He answered right away and agreed to come, take a look at our garbage disposal that wasn't working properly and see what the next steps steps would be. We scheduled a same-day appointment for arrival between 2:00 and 3:00 pm.

At about 1:00 pm I received a text from Josh asking if he could arrive a little later, due to being held up on another job. I said sure. Then at about 4:45 Josh called and asked if he could come around 6:15. Again, I said sure. (I have to say I very much appreciate the excellent communication, keeping me posted throughout the day!)

Josh arrived a few minutes early, around 6:05 pm. He got right to work on the garbage disposal. When he first switched it on he thought there might be a major problem, necessitating replacement of the appliance. He took it apart and found it was a quick fix. He was probably on site for about 30 minutes.

Everything is working now. And as far as cost goes.... Josh left it up to me. He said to offer him what I thought would be fair. I did, and he agreed. I would not hesitate to call Josh again. He's prompt, polite, and honest.

Today I Needed a quick fix to slow the flow of water from a second story down spout. Didn't have a ladder tall enough do get access. Josh came out on short notice and helped me out.

So far with this storm, looks like problem has been solved for now.

I sent pictures to describe what I needed done, the leak only needed to be reseal with plumbing putty. Can't believe that would cost $375.00 and it only cost me $11.25 and I hate doing plumbing, electricity... simply because I have no idea what I'm doing but I'll be damn if I'm going to be ripped off.
