Pnw B.I would NOT recommend Josh from Ground Effects. Used a jetter and was not necessary. There were no signs of roots and/or a lengthy clog. Also asked for follow-up after jetting and took his time to reply that he is not capable... when I specifically informed what my needs were in the initial consult and what else and all I needed. Charged approx 1000. *Used another plumber and was charged 1/4 cost to get the info I needed. The other plumber also took the time to educate.
Gary G.We have to have our main line jetted about every 2 years or so because of tree roots. Previously had a company out of Columbus that did it but they no longer come to Lancaster. So was referred to Josh's Ground Effects by someone I trust and we were not disappointed. I don't have any complaints and they will be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

Joe H.Last week I discovered a bad leak where our pressure tank was attached to our well system and immediately texted Josh at Ground Effects Plumbing, ""Houston we have a problem!"" and sent him a picture. After some remote troubleshooting he worked me in that day to replace my pressure tank, tee tank package, and pressure switch. He was professional and got the job done well. He was able to explain the benefits of the Well-X-Trol pressure tank in a way that I could understand and after a week I can confirm that our water pressure is clearly more consistent. His rates were very reasonable and I really appreciate that he worked us in so quickly as it is not very much fun to live without water. I can confidently recommend Josh for your plumbing needs.
