Got ready for a Friday night and came out of the house to find a flooded yard. My main had backed up. Stressed all all evening looking for someone that worked Saturday and had good reviews. Found Josh.

He states his hours starting at 6am even Saturdays. That's no joke. Called at 6am left a message. 5 min later I got a call back. He was able to fit me in at 730am before another appointment.

He showed up on time, very friendly and was done driving off 20 min later. He used two different blades to make sure he got everything and even gave me suggestions for preventative maintenance. No up sells or add services pushed. Really great guy.

Josh's Drain Service is Awesome!

I was very impressed from start to finish. After placing a call late at night, Josh promptly returned my call early the next morning. He was over within 30 minutes and working on the problem. He was upfront with his charges and even though he had to work very hard to solve our blockage problem he did not change his price!

He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even had me watch the camera scope while he was working so I could understand where the clog was and how the roots were breaking through.

I called Josh on a Saturday afternoon and he responded very quickly. He arrived at my house in Huntington Beach and got to work, basically I had a lot of roots from my ficus tree and clearly needed some serious rootering and extra service. Josh came back a couple weeks later to help with the installation of a main line cleanout and did it at an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend him to anybody.

Josh helped me with a plumbing clog. He got back to me right away, scheduled a time with the tenant, and got right in. I anticipated a charge to unclog the mainline (which was a reasonable price), but Josh was able to fix the problem at the kitchen sink and charged a fraction of the estimate. Great customer service! A++ Service...I didn't have a major plumbing issue or water leak or drainage problem...My toilet just wouldn't work! I called several companies, but none of them wanted to take the time to come see my ""broken"" toilet.

I called Josh around 5:00pm and told him about our broken toilet. He was on his way to a job, but said he would come by after to take a look and see what was wrong. He called me at 7:30pm and apologized for his last appointment going longer than expected, but he still wanted to come by and help us out! I told him we could wait till the next day (I wouldn't want to keep working so late, but Josh was going to!). He came by the next day, checked out the toilet, told my wife about the parts that would be needed to repair it...went and got the exact parts and replaced everything.

Called Josh for a main line clog and he took care of it right away. He came within an hour of my call and fixed my problem right away. The process he used helps take care of the root problem for at least a year. 3 step process to cut all the roots off down to the clay pipe without having to run tons of water. Most plumbers need to dump 100s of gallons of water and are back in 4-6 months. He recommend pouring a chemical down the cleanout to kill the roots, so I will do that next. I highly recommend using Josh since he is very honest and gets the job done for a reasonable price. I plan to use him again in the future and refer him to all my friends.
