Couldn't ask for a better person or service professional. Late in the afternoon on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, I had a sewer line block. I called Josh and even though he had put his equipment away for the day, he immediately offered to come over and take care of the problem, He arrived earlier than he estimated, snaked my sewer line, removed tree roots and confirmed good drainage operation inside the house. I highly recommend him.

Josh has been to our home multiple times, and is one of the most hardworking and honest guys in the business. He was able to clear our clean out line and got our house in working order again last year. Yesterday, we had him come out to take a look at another obstruction in our pipe. This was a nearly impossible task, and he tried for hours to exhaust all the options that he had and can think of. Unfortunately, the job could not be done, but he did give me a recommendation of another company to see if they could do it. After Josh was about to leave, I asked him how much I owed him for his time, and he would not take a penny. Even after insisting multiple times, he still would not take any payment. Needless to say, any future jobs that I have, he will be the first one that I call.

Josh came out promptly and was friendly and professional. I've had a stubborn drain clog off and on for years. It had standing water all weekend, and full bottles of Drano were having no effect. And yet he cleared it very quickly. His rate was quite reasonable, and he even cleaned up the sink (which was foul from my dirty standing water).
He exceeded expectations and he is now the only guy I will recommend to others in my community.

I am so glad our friend recommended Josh. I can see why he has stellar yelp reviews. My kitchen sink was backed up so we called a plumber that we had used before. Right off the bat he wanted $195.00. We thought it was a little high from what we had paid before. He finally agreed to $150.00. He then proceeded to snake our drain but stopped after 5 minutes claiming we needed $1795.00 worth of work. He is getting the opposite yelp review. We called Josh who came on time and snaked our drain for $85.00. He had no problem fixing my sink. If you want a honest and reliable service this is the guy to use. I would give him more stars if I could. Thank you!!!!!!
