We had a toilet and a couple slow drains in different parts of the house. We thought it could be tree roots in the main. Josh diagnosed the three separate problems without first cleaning the main and charging us and then finding out there were other problems like most people in his business would do. Read Josh's reviews on Yelp and decided to give him a try. Our main line was clogged by roots and started backing up into the house. Josh was at my house within a 1/2 hour and was very reasonable. Quoted me an estimate before beginning work and kept to the quote even after having to go through ficus roots (twice). I'm keeping his card in a safe place -- will definitely use again.

We had a clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon and started dialing companies that we found on Yelp. Josh called back after seeing that he had missed a call. He arrived within 30 minutes (like he said he would) and got to work. He figured out the problem and along the way he was very particular in keeping the kitchen floor protected, put everything back under the sink, kept us informed of what he was doing, etc. All this for $96. What a nice person who provided excellent service on a Sunday afternoon. Use him!

Got ready for a Friday night and came out of the house to find a flooded yard. My main had backed up. Stressed all all evening looking for someone that worked Saturday and had good reviews. Found Josh.

He states his hours starting at 6am even Saturdays. That's no joke. Called at 6am left a message. 5 min later I got a call back. He was able to fit me in at 730am before another appointment.

He showed up on time, very friendly and was done driving off 20 min later. He used two different blades to make sure he got everything and even gave me suggestions for preventative maintenance. No up sells or add services pushed. Really great guy.

Josh's Drain Service is Awesome!

I was very impressed from start to finish. After placing a call late at night, Josh promptly returned my call early the next morning. He was over within 30 minutes and working on the problem. He was upfront with his charges and even though he had to work very hard to solve our blockage problem he did not change his price!

He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He even had me watch the camera scope while he was working so I could understand where the clog was and how the roots were breaking through.

Thanks again Josh for unclogging my lines. Thanks for being so honest not like Roto Rooter who tried screwing me over $400. I had 2 other drain services come out and couldn't do the job. Finally Joshs drain service came out with the rite equipment.

I called Josh on a Saturday afternoon and he responded very quickly. He arrived at my house in Huntington Beach and got to work, basically I had a lot of roots from my ficus tree and clearly needed some serious rootering and extra service. Josh came back a couple weeks later to help with the installation of a main line cleanout and did it at an extremely reasonable rate. I would recommend him to anybody.
