I am so glad our friend recommended Josh. I can see why he has stellar yelp reviews. My kitchen sink was backed up so we called a plumber that we had used before. Right off the bat he wanted $195.00. We thought it was a little high from what we had paid before. He finally agreed to $150.00. He then proceeded to snake our drain but stopped after 5 minutes claiming we needed $1795.00 worth of work. He is getting the opposite yelp review. We called Josh who came on time and snaked our drain for $85.00. He had no problem fixing my sink. If you want a honest and reliable service this is the guy to use. I would give him more stars if I could. Thank you!!!!!!

Woke up to a lovely main backup with sewage coming out the tub and shower drains. After sending the kids and husband to school/work with no showers, I called Josh who answered right away. Told him it was no rush as long as he could come out some time before the afternoon. He was on a job but fit me in within an hour. He went right to work and cleared my main in less than 30 minutes. Even cleaned up the sewage mess in the front yard ....wow! He was so reasonably priced that I had him do a small kitchen sink repipe too. Very pleasant, down to earth, honest, thorough, and conscientious. Thank you and I will keep your number handy!

Called a local plumber who was booked so they referred me to Josh, called him and he arrived less than 10 minutes later. He explained the process he was going to go through & pricing prior to doing the work. He worked fast & was very friendly. He got our drains cleaned out and his pricing was fair & honest. Our drains were backed up, and I called a plumber couldn't come that day, so I called another plumber who couldn't come that day. I then checked yelp* and looked at ratings for local plumbers and found Josh. His ratings were all 5's so I took a chance and called. He said he could be over in an hour. In exactly an hour he showed up. He was extremely friendly, got right to work, got the drain unclogged in 40 minutes and cleaned everything up when he was done. He was fast, reliable, and charged a fair price. We will definitely be using him again and would absolutely recommend him.

We had leaking toilets and clogged showers. We called Josh up in the evening expecting to leave a voicemail. He answered and said he would be over in 20 minutes! He came over and snakes the lines and fixed all our problems! He is honest and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

We had an issue with our shower drain & toilets backing up. We didn't know if it was an issue with newly installed low flow toilet or something else.

Josh was available when we called & was at our house within a half hour.

He diagnosed the main line clogged with tree roots & cleaned it out. The backup was resolved immediately. He said the new toilet was not the issue.

He didn't try to sell us products or services we didn't need & gave us a 6 month warranty on the work.

Josh was friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

We would totally recommend him & would use him again.

FYI - for you DIYers- you can't rent an industrial sized drain cleaner like Josh has. (We tried).

Just had two drains fixed on a Saturday, and am 100% satisfied. Josh is prompt, friendly, and very thorough. He also fixed the stopper on my sink, free of charge. I highly recommend Josh, and I will definitely use him again.
