Josh Vasconcelos is unlicensed and claims to be a plumber and electrician out of Ocean View, on the Big Island of Hawaii. He took money for a job and did show on days he promised to be there. Even with a signed, written contract, he demanded to change the terms. He tried to sell me materials that I had already paid for to get the job done. He is completely unprofessional, goes back on his word, unreliable, and without honor. He left the job unfinished, pocking money for materials and labor he did not provide. BEWARE of him, and look somewhere else to someone that is more reliable and trustworthy, because Josh is the furthest thing from it.
