Last weekend we came home from a birthday party to find water in our basement sump room. After investigating, we found the active leak outside, against the house foundation, along the sewer lateral. Our general plumber advised we contact a sewage specialist. On a Saturday, we called around a few places. Josh-Rooter was very responsive and came out within an hour. Their team was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help us, as this was an emergency: we could not use our water and we have a toddler and dogs. They performed a quality job, quickly, on a Saturday! And for more than a fair price. I highly recommend them for urgent repairs and also routine maintenance for any plumbing and sewage needs. Very grateful to have found this company.

Called Josh Rooter for sewer rodding and he scheduled me for the next day. Before he started work he inspected all our lines and explained everything in great detail. They also used a camera and showed me everything going on in our pipes, which I appreciated since I don't know anything about plumbing and sewers. He did a great job, friendly service, and thorough explanations. Also, he gave reasonable price quotes before proceeding with any services. Highly recommend!

One of their drivers almost caused an accident on Devon Ave going towards Nagle making a left turn from the middle lane. I called the number on the van to let the company know and I received a voicemail on my phone from them calling me a little bitch. What a way to run a business. To think a grown male business owner has the audacity to leave a voicemail with their business number swearing at someone for letting them know about their service man driving reckless.

Can't say enough about Josh. He was recommended to me by a good friend so I texted him about a clogged toilet. He made an appointment via text and showed up on time, while communicating to me the whole time (that's always a win). He got here, walked me through the whole process as he worked, and pulled an entire Poo Pouri bottle out of my toilet! His prices are reasonable and he's great at what he does. He fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. Will definitely use him again and refer all my friends!
