Jose, the owner, came within the hour and installed my washer pan. I was amazed how he was able to carry the washer himself to remove from the pan and then bring it back again with very little space. It took two big guys to do it previously. He did the job and did it well.

Jose was a great! I had a busy day of meetings so interacted with him by text and even got a quote without having to talk by voice. Super easy to set up when you are busy.

He showed up right on time, replaced the disposal with a disposal I got from Amazon (which is a much lower price that most plumbers charge for the replacement). And even took care of a drain that had a partial clog and got that cleaned out and flowing well. All completed in less than 30 minutes.

He was very friendly, and even my dog liked him a lot (he has a dog a home and mine probably smelled the other dog on his pants).

I highly recommend him. He was easy to schedule, showed up on time, great attitude, and lowest cost of any quote I had gotten, and loves dogs. What more can you ask for?

I needed my bathroom sink snaked. After sending out for quotes via Yelp, Jose came in most economical and he couldn't have been any more professional! We hired Jose to to install water line to our new refrigerator and needed a new water line moved to the front of house. Jose was able to do both jobs the same day and in less than 1/2 day. My neighbor recommended Jose's Plumbing and Rooter Incorporated and so do I. Very pleased with the process and the work performed.

Jose replaced my main shut-off valves, six sink valves, and removed and installed three new sink faucets.

Why do I recommend Jose? I called Jose to inquire about getting a bid. There was no answer so I sent a text. Within 30 minutes Jose called me back, and we scheduled a time for him to come take a look. He arrived five minutes early and put on shoe covers. He inspected the items and said he would email me the bid by 4:00pm that day. I received the bid at 1:00pm.

I live in a Home Owner's Association, which required coordinating water shut-off for the entire building. On the day of the work, Jose and his employee arrived when they stated they would and begun preparing for the water to be shut-off. They placed protective floor coverings from my from my front door up the stairs and to the second story to the main shut-off valves. Upon completion of the their work, there was a delay in restoring the water to the building. (Other tenants were doing plumbing work as well and their plumbers were not done). Jose and his employee waited until the water was restored to check their work. Great workmanship, professional - Highly recommend!
