We had a great experience with Jose and his team! Our water heater suddenly started leaking, and they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly. Throughout the process, Jose was great with communication and was upfront about everything.

I called late on a Friday and he offered service on Saturday so I wouldn't be without hot water. His price was slightly lower than the other two plumbers.

Jose was great! I had a shower that wasn't producing hot water. It was very warm at best. I had already increased the temperature for the water heater, and every other faucet in the house worked fine, but the shower was lackluster. I knew that I had to remove the handle to get the temperature control, but it had been calcified and rusted in place, and after removing the screw, I was afraid to pull hard and break the piping behind it, so I called Jose.

Again, Jose was fantastic. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, stayed within the budget, and in this case was able to finish the job in under 20 minutes. Which meant that now the show water is hot and relaxing!

Needed a new water heater to replace our 25 year old one, which had recently started leaking. Jose and his team were very responsive, with next day service. They replaced the old one and brought everything up to code. We also had them replace the washing machine faucets, the main house shutoff and snake out the drain line, which was running slow. They had everything done in three hours. No mess, no fuss. And for a reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

Jose is really helpful and responsible. Our HOA requires a certified plumber to turn water back on. He was willing to communicate with our HOA manager to get access to the water meter room. In addition, he checked our unit, and double checked with the plumber who turned off the water to confirm that the issue has been fixed.
Then, he turned on our water, did another round of inspection to make sure everything is fine.

I really appreciate that Jose is able to help today. Otherwise, we will have no water access today, which will be extremely difficult.
