Joseph and his son were recommended to me by neighbors. They were both great. Both came to fix a broken shower neck and replace a small section of exterior copper piping that had pinholes. Both Joseph and his son were efficient and was completed in a couple hours. Price wise, I was happy with the amount charged and was hourly based versus for the job. I have no idea what the standard is, but I was happy with the work and amount charged. I recommend them and will use them again if they have availability. They are very busy and took about two weeks to get scheduled.

I had a great experience with Joseph's Plumbing Service, Sebastopol. My 40-year-old kitchen faucet broke, spraying water all over the kitchen. Joseph and Kyle fit me in between bigger jobs, replaced the faucet with speed and skill, and left no mess. I'll hire them from now on, big jobs or small.

These guys are the best plumbers in town! They do the job right and they have extremely reasonable prices. We've used them FOUR times this year (ugh) and every time, we leave a message, they call you back and schedule to come out asap.

They know their stuff and get right to work - no messing around and they get it done. Nice guys too! I would highly recommend them.

UPDATE: They continue to surpass my expectations and they put the customer first every time. I won't use anyone else. Feb. 2019

Used Joseph's Plumbing twice now. Several months back, he came by to fix a problem that has been recurring every few months. He fixed it, and we have not had any issues since. This week he stopped by to fix a leak. A day later, we discovered another small leak. He came by and fixed the secondary leak, and would not accept payment for it because he said it was related to the initial problem. In almost 40 years of home ownership, I have never had complete trust in a plumber. Now I do. Joe is honest and provides quality workmanship and problem solving.

The day after Christmas, i discover a small hole in the copper pipe under the kitchen sink. I tried fixing it myself, but with no success. I called several plumbers in the area, leaving messages with most, but not hopeful I would get the issue resolved that day. Joseph returned my call within the hour and was at my house 30 minutes later. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and at a cost of only $98 - a bargain IMO. I would highly recommend Joseph for any plumbing needs...and he's a really nice guy.
