Do not hire Joseph Lundgren. He is a thief and scam artist. He came to my home for an estimate. He wanted a $1000.00 deposit to start the work. I paid him the deposit with Zelle and cash. He opened up several walks and did NO plumbing. He said he would return the next day to complete the job he had promised to finish on the first day he was there. He failed two subsequent appointments when he said he was coming. I waited all day one day that he said he was on his way. All lies. I requested a refund as he did zero plumbing. He has not returned any of the deposit. Do not trust this man and do not hire him.
