I called Joseph and Sons Plumbing to help with a water heater at my mother's house that wouldn't stay lit. The person answering the phone was very nice and thorough while collecting all of my information. The plumber called and was very nice on the phone, stating he probably knew what the problem was and would be by after 4pm that same day and would text when he was on his way. I was thrilled and told my mother it looks like the first step in fixing the water heater. At 5:30pm I called him to ask if he was still coming or would the next day be better? No call back, no text, no communication, nothing. At least have the courtesy of a phone call. I called Ritz Plumbing and the technician, Able, came out the next morning, diagnosed the problem, worked with me regarding the warranty and had the water heater replaced the next morning.

Joseph and his son are the best!! We had an emergency main line blockage that they came out and fixed immediately. Joseph has also solved our water heater issues and replaced a faulty shower handle. Very communicative, honest, prompt, and knowledgeable. Joseph has been doing this a long time, and it shows in the quality of his work and professionalism. We wanted to use a local plumber to get an estimate for various plumbing repairs and called Joseph & Sons Plumbing based on the well rated reviews. The first time I called, Joseph explained they were very busy but would have someone call me in a couple of days to set up a time for an estimate. No call was received and I figured this was just some miscommunication. I called a second time some time later and again spoke with Joseph. He indicated he would come by the next day around 3 - 6 p.m. to provide an estimate since we lived close by. Joseph did not show up or even give a courtesy call or text to let us know he would not be coming to our house or to arrange another time to meet.

We have been using Joseph as our plumber for a few years now. He does a good job and never leaves a mess behind. Although he is on the job for plumbing, he is very good when engaging with older parents, adults with intellectual disabilities, young kids and pets. We can count on him to get the job done right. He shows up with a good attitude, smells nice and is pleasant. Recently, he has brought his son into the business and his son is really showing that he is following in the footsteps of his father who leads by example as a patient and caring plumber who takes pride in his work.
