Richard D.Joe does excellent and reliable work. I hired him 3 times in the last few years for kitchen and bathroom repairs. He is very easy to work with, and is a true professional. He's on the expensive side, but his quality work and manner are far above those of plumbing companies I've used here in DC over the past 20 years.
Lu R.I am absolutely disappointed with this company. The response and quality is fair but not good enough to take advantage of customers. To fix a toilet (valve, flapper); less than an hour of labor, the charge was $440. Absurd. Parts were $80. When I asked for a better rate there was no negotiation. Completely astonished that the hourly rate for plumbing services costs more than prestigious defense attorneys. The company should reevaluate it's ethics policies, despite the holidays.
