Very honest business!!! Our service tech, Ethan, could have blamed our leaking water on a plumbing/pipe issue but was very honest and said we did not have a plumbing problem. (Too long to post our actual problem.... It had to do with condensation.) The service call amount was very reasonable. We will definitely call them again if we have a plumbing problem. We had a problem with leaking plumbing under a bathroom sink. As we have an older house it was not only a question of the leak but also how to deal with older metal piping, which had rusted at the joints. Our telephone call was returned within 10 minutes, and the plumber came the same day. We were advised by text message when he was on the way. He fixed our problem in about an hour, replacing some older metal parts with modern plastic ones. He carefully checked to be sure there were no leaks. It was a courteous, careful, effective and prompt response. Reasonable price. Outstanding.

I can't say enough good things about Joseph Rose plumbing - these guys are the best! We were in the process of selling our home and someone touring our house noticed our water heater was leaking. We were out of the country when we received this news, but knew we needed to address the issue immediately. I contacted Joseph Rose based off the Google and Yelp reviews I read and am so relieved I did so. They came out the next day and installed a new water heater for us. Their communication throughout the entire process and attention to detail are second to none. Their prices are extremely fair too. We had a septic smell coming from our master bathroom closet. Our representative went up into the attic in the closet after assessing the smell wasn't coming from the pipes. After some digging and pulling up the floorboard, he found a dead mouse. He disposed of the mouse and cleaned the area for us. We were so relieved. Joseph Rose plumbing provided excellent service at a fair price. I had another company come out prior ( as they would not quote anything over the phone not even ballpark figures) and give me a bid that was ridiculously high. No way would I go with them so I paid them the $92 service call to tell me they were a joke, though that $92 would have gone towards the job had I been foolish enough to accept it. JRP quoted a price over the phone which was $300 less than the previous company. Joseph Rose Plumbing was clean, conscientious and thorough and they saved me a boatload of money. I highly recommend them!

I called Joseph Rose and spoke with Ethan who was super professional and helpful. I had an issue with a toilet in my T-Mobile store and I was told they could be out the next day.

Not even 10 minutes later Ethan informed me that they could actually make it our same day. Carcamo came by a few hours later and did a fantastic job repairing our toilet leak.

When our shower head pipe broke off behind the wall, we got no answer and no callback for days from two previously trusted plumbers. Then I found Joseph Rose's great reviews online. I was shocked when someone picked up the phone late on a Saturday afternoon and scheduled a plumber for that Tuesday. (It wasn't an emergency.) Ethan was able to fix the problem in less than 1/2 hour without cutting into the wall, which we had expected. He also added some missing caulking and even replaced our shower head with one he had in his truck, all within the one-hour labor cost. And he couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful.

Note: We did have to wait 4 hours from the scheduled arrival time, but he called to tell us he had an emergency job and asked if we wanted him to show up in the evening or the next day. We chose the evening. Of course, we weren't happy about the extra wait. But afterwards, we realized we'd rather wait a few hours for an excellent plumber who responds quickly to emergency calls. That could be us someday!
