I purchased a gas hot water heater from Loews, Joseph pluming was contracted to install the unit. After the installation, the pilot light kept truing off and the home smelt of gas - the gas company came out to identify a leak in area of the installation - when i called Joseph, they claimed it was nothing they did and would charge time and materials to come out and fix it.
