Highly recommended. Joe came out when he said he would, to fix my A/C on a very hot day. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly, and talked me out of changing some parts just for the sake of updating them. He felt it would be unnecessary and a waste of my money, and he was right. Could have easily taken my money and I would have never known, but he was honest. Also communicated promptly and thoroughly. I hope I don't need them again but I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

I couldn't recommend JP & Co highly enough. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything they did and why, and made sure I was comfortable with their answers to my (many) questions before they left. They were courteous, efficient, and cleaned up a messy job so it was like they weren't even there. I'll definitely call on them again!

6 weeks ago I requested a bid on a tankless water heater. No water heater NO proposal NO contact from Pink.4 of my neighbors were waiting to see final product, with anticipation on having same installed in their home. ALL 4 have now gone and received bids from other suppliers or have had it installed by other firms. I requested a bid on replacing my master bathroom . Promised a quick proposal. Now 8 weeks later, still no proposal.
I have no idea why the Pink Co ignores me. I find it very disappointing . It must be nice to have so much business that you can ignore 5 potential customers. (4 plus me)
