Joe is amazing. I initially had called another local plumber to address my issues. That plumber didnt follow through or communicate & wanted to destroy my home to make the repairs for an insane amount of money. Joe Osbourn answered the first time I called, set an appointment to take a look, communicated the day of the appointment that he was running behind, actually showed up, bid the job & scheduled a time to complete all the work within a week. I am very particular about who I let in my home & I have a strict no shoe policy. Joe obliged my requests graciously, he was beyond polite & had creative ideas to keep our repairs up to code without looking janky. The icing on the cake is he explained himself the whole way and we learned some new things. He's a great guy, running an honest business and doing it right. He did good by us and we'll use him again & recommend him to our friends. Fyi we had a new utility room sink installed that had to have water lines re-routed, a complete gut and redo of the plumbing under the kitchen sink involving a dishwasher & garbage disposal & an exposed old sewer line (which was a train wreck & not functioning from a general contractor who remodeled our kitchen), the water line to the master toilet repaired & a new gas hot water heater and all its accessories installed.

Kevin and Marley from Joseph Osborn Plumbing came out as a sub-contractor on a water damage situation that we had. They were courteous, polite, and knew their stuff. Kevin showed me what he was doing and explained it all. He even looked at another issue that turned out to be unrelated, but did a quick work-around and showed me the simple thing that I need to do to fix that. Honest and hard-working.

This is the worst company to deal with. They were supposed to do warranty work on 2 toilets, and the request was made on Sept 13. The warranty company and myself have called him numerous time to complete the job, and he has not shown up for an appt in November, never rescheduled until home warranty called him. He finally called me last week to say he would be out today to repair the toilets, Feb 17th, 5 months after the initial request. He sent the very nice technician out here to tell me they cannot fix the toilets because they don't have the parts , and it would be another week! I called AHS, and asked them what to do, and they called Joe, the owner. He told them I was verbally abusive to the technician, which is a complete lie, especially since I have 2 toddlers in the house. I also had a furnace tech here at the same time. The technician apologized for his owner's lack of follow through and said he would do his best to get the parts himself. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner is horrible at returning calls, follow through, and now lying to try to place blame on the customer because he can't get his crap together. It has been 5 months, and I have every right to be frustrated that I still have 2 broken toilets because he cannot get the job done.

I called first thing Monday morning to unclog a sink after putting too much down the garbage disposal. Joe was able to come out early in the afternoon and was done in less than ten minutes. I know this is easy for most people but we are not very handy when it comes to plumbing, so Joe not only fixed my blunder but also helped keep my marriage together! He was so very nice and professional.

Not on time for 10 am appointment got a phone call at 1:20pm saying they would be here by 3pm didn't show up till 3:45pm I was leaving to pick up daughter from dance ask them to wait 15 min but they couldn't do that after wasting 6 hours of my day and I only took 12 min they are the worst. Do not hire them
