We had a great experience with Joseph Kaufman Plumbing. After a dryer installation gone wrong (PSA don't purchase a gas dryer from Home Depot in MA- they tell you they will install it, but their drivers aren't licensed for installation), I called Joseph Kaufman Plumbing to see if they could hook up the dryer. They came out the next day (after apologizing that they couldn't do it same day) and installed the dryer in ~15 minutes. The service was excellent and the plumber was a super nice guy who was respectful of my home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll certainly be using Joseph Kaufman Plumbing for future plumbing jobs and would recommend them to anyone looking for a responsive and responsible plumber.

Never used their service- however had the displeasure of driving on Rt.9 in Framingham a few mornings ago with one of their employees driving like a madman in a company car. Honking at people, swerving in and out of traffic, riding people's bumpers. Cut several people off, definitely speeding. Sorry to say but if these are the types of people you employ, I certainly don't want them in my home. Last 3 digits of license place was 824.

This review is long overdue---but I would never recommend this plumber to anyone. Consumer beware! We had a brand new bathroom put in, and our contractor used this plumber. Within a year, we noticed that our grout was stained around the toilet--but there were no apparent leaks (when we asked them to come back and check it out). Then we noticed a crack in one of those adjacent tiles. Didn't make sense. Around 8 years later, the ceiling below this bathroom had a large damp spot, only to discover that the plumber had not installed all new parts with our brand new toilet--he had used the old ""O"" ring, which was causing slow leaking over time; thus, the stained grout and cracked tile--and now a new ceiling below and extensive work. He (the owner) also had a generally unpleasant nature when he was here. In addition, when a complete kitchen renovation was being done (with all very high-end appliances, so there was not an economical restraint), he, without asking, put in the lowest grade disposal which soon after had to be replaced. Lazy, sub-par work on two accounts.

We don't want this type of thing to happen to anyone else!

Joe and his team do excellent work. They installed the boiler for me exactly how I wanted it, for a fair price. I'll be using them again in the future without hesitation.

Joe and the team are great. I have used them many times for many jobs including small service work like replacing toilets, frozen pipes, garbage disposal replacement, ect. Chris in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable and Joe and the guys in the field are as well. I would recommend calling them if you need any plumbing help

By far,my favorite plumbing company. Joe Kaufman and company has replaced everything from faucets,toilets,disposal and entire water systemic my home. Each replacement was done quickly,efficiently and my home was left neat and clean. Starting off talking with Chris ,and then. dealing with the on site staff has always been easy.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company .

If I could give a 0 I would. Left 2 messages for a pipe that burst not one call back! How do you run a business and not call customers back? Would never call them again, not like they would respond anyway

Kaufman plumbing is excellent. We had them come to our home to install an under the sink water filter. While they were there, we also had a problem with our furnace and they checked it out while they were there for no extra charge. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves, couldn't even tell they were there. The water filter works perfectly and has been for the past 6 months.

We had a major plumbing job done by Kaufman Plumbing. It involved replacing two bathrooms and the cast iron main drains in the house. We were happy not only with their quote but the professional, knowledgeable way the quote was done. We had had others come in, but knew right away this was the man for the job. Nick was the plumber who worked tirelessly with us and we were so impressed by his amazing work ethic and calm manner. We couldn't be happier with this company. It's so nice to know we have someone to call on in the future.
