Do yourself a favor, and give this poor excuse for a business a hard pass. I called about a simple job to repair a radiator. The business owner himself came round and we discussed my options. He left by saying ""I will be in touch with a quote""

Nothing.

Nothing for a few days, so I texted (his preferred method of communication). Still nothing, and the text was received at his end.

If Mr. Ferme thinks it makes good business sense to have people take time off work, just so he can waste their time and not be man enough to get back to them, presumably because their small - but necessary - job isn't going to be profitable enough for him, then maybe he should read his other Yelp reviews... ALL 1-star.

WORST!!!!!! They scheduled 3 appts with me and didn't keep any of them!! No call no show!!! The girl who worked at the company said she would call me back to find out why they never showed up and she NEVER called me back!! It's down right rude and unprofessional!!! I would NOT recommend this company at all!!! 100 thumbs down!! JOKE!!!

Save yourself a huge headache, time and money. A small job that was supposed to take a week wound up being dragged on for over two months. Lies, terrible communication and poor quality work was all we encountered. We even had to call another plumber to fix the work so it could pass inspection. These other reviews are typical for this company. I would never recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and condescending. Made and confirmed an appointment, never showed. Should have check reviews on Yelp before calling.

I had an appointment that I made over a week in advance at a house I am not living in yet. I explained how difficult it is for me to get to the location due to chronic health issues. After making arrangements for a ride and killing myself to travel while ill, they did not show up for our appointment. They did not even call. When I called to repeatedly speak to their answering service, they just kept telling me no one was coming. No reason why. I even asked them to make it an ""emergency call"" (even though I had an appointment) but they wouldn't do that. So then I am left with plumbing issues while sick with chronic digestive disease and I have to move there with toilet that doesn't work. Thanks!

I called because I got the impression that this outfit was a local small business that I would be glad to work with. Their website shows good reviews (don't they all?). When I called, their phone system makes it seem like I'm calling some huge conglomerate company. When I finally reached a person, she took down all my info (very simple job for them to replace one tub spout... that's it) and told me that someone would call me back with a date/time. After that... dead silence. No call, no text, no email... nothing! I was going to call back again but thought if I have to go track them down, what's it going to be like when I take off from work and nobody shows up or they do a bad job? I was tempted though just to call and say ""Congrats! You are obviously so big and busy that you can throw away guaranteed work."".

I wouldn't waste your time even calling them. If I could have given zero starts, I would.
