Service is awesome, able to do work same day with last minute urgency. Fair price similar to other water heater company for quoting. The difference that he is flexible and does fast work. Just one little thing that if he said that he will come back to finish the job to secure the water pipe, I took his word for it. He's busy but sure at the end of the day, one quick secure strap should not take long time to do. Though, he keeps telling that he will come back, but never come back. After I sent in last text, and he never responded back. It's better to not say you will come back, but if you do then I prefer you to keep your word for it.

We had a problem that occurred when we were out of town, and Jose was very responsive in going to our house when we were not there to size up what it would take to make the repair. His quote came in at a very reasonable price and the work was done very quickly. Most importantly, Jose kept showing up and putting in work until our problem was solved (we originally thought we had just a broken water pipe, but found we also had toilet and sprinkler issues). He even spent several hours extra hours shutting off our water to our sprinkler system, and did not even charge us. He also found a landscaper who specialized in sprinkler systems and talked him through the necessary repairs. Really above and beyond.

Contacted Mr Nolasco late Sunday via text which included pictures of the kitchen pipe problem: Although, the info I found indicated the business was closed, he immediately responded with descriptive solution details, price quote and availability. Joss came out the very next day and completed the work. I was not home when the work was done, but, my family was overly impressed with his workmanship, punctuality and customer service. Locating this business was a great find. We will definitely be recommending this business to family, friends and our neighbors.

At 8 pm On a Saturday night, before leaving for the east coast at 10 am the next day, I decided to flush my hot water heater. As it drained downhill into the back yard, I thought I should turn off the water at the service access, something I should do in an earthquake to keep the hot water heater full.
When I went to turn that valve, it just kept turning and eventually it started leaking into the basement. A friend showed me how to stop it, temporarily, but the valve was stuck on open and any time it could start leaking again. During the night I searched on Safari for a nearby plumber. Yelp found me searching and recommended several nearby plumbers. I chose one, Jose, and he responded immediately, suggesting we talk at 8 am. Huge relief! I called him at 7:30 and he got to my house with the new valve at 8:30. The service on the street was frozen open and the Water Dept refused to come out on a Sunday, warning that it would be a big charge and we should wait to Monday. Jose found the tool we needed and he got the water supply stopped, replaced the valve in the basement, and before my plane took off, all was repaired and working perfectly! I collapsed in dreamland on that plane.

I sent a request for a quote to replace a faucet on Yelp. I had the replacement faucet. A few folks responded, Jose was the most reasonable ($230 fixed price).

I accepted his bid, he sent a msg right away with price and his availability (he was free the same day too) and after we coordinated, he showed up on time! Did his job without issues or trouble; was polite and professional. Overall, a good service!

Jose came in to fix a defective piece in the tank of my toilet and a sink garbage disposal. Jose was very dedicated to do things right, there were a couple leaks and lack of pressure after replacement and he came back in a timely manner to address it, with him I was confident that the outcome will be good no matter what, I recommend 10/10.

Hi Yelp,
Jose repaired my hot water shower valve. He responded very quickly on email and provide me with an honest quote. He is experienced and professional. One of the things i look for when anyone comes to my place to do work is if they put on cover for their shoes. I know this is silly but it demonstrates to me courtesy and caring. Jose did this right away. I was extremely pleased with the work and will utilize him again in the future. Also, Jose answered the 8 million questions i had :) Thanks Jose!
