The Warranty company sent him to do the diagnosis. He came and took pictures of the issue to send it to the warranty company for the authorization. Then he called me and said that the warranty company did not authorized the work so he can do it but I needed to pay him. I contacted the warranty company asking for the reason to not authorize the work and they told me that the work has not been denied. They were waiting for more information from the technician. So he is a dishonest person. He told me a lie for me to pay him.

This man was hired in March of 2021 to replace 2 windows, add an addition to a concrete patio and fix the screen in the back patio door. It is July of 2021 and it is not complete. We haven't seen him and he will not answer our calls. He was paid upfront by check for all the work. Almost $4000 total. He is a fake and a fraud. He belongs behind bars!

Jose Lopez (handyman) is a scam artist....
Do not hire him or anyone affiliated with him.
I made the grave mistake of hiring him in July of 2018 to do a job for me. After I pre-paid him to gather materials from LOWES for the job, he never came back.

He is an un-licensed contractor perpetuating a fraud!!!

I filed charges against him with the Wilson County NC Police Dept, and as of August 2018 there is a warrant out for his arrest.
