I've been able to keep up in maintenance in my aging home because of Jose and Steve's affordable and top notch quality work. My water heater broke and they fixed it for half the price of any other quotes, and were able to do so days sooner. We haven't had any problems with this water heater and it works better than the new water heater installed in the old apartment we lived in previously. They also installed two new sinks and made the pipes in the walls up to code in my bathroom when I installed new vanities to replace the old. They do it right the first time so you don't have to have bigger problems later. Affordable doesn't mean cheap in quality!

Jose and Steve were amazing! They fixed a number of problems created by another contractor and installed all new systems in an efficient, clean, and skilled manner. They were very responsive and very kindly adjusted their schedule and worked long hours to get our job done in the timeframe we needed. Jose and Steve's Affordable Plumbing is a new company, and I highly recommend them. These two re-piped my 4000 s.f. (100 years old) home in Alameda while they worked for a different company, and I was very happy to hear they were starting their own company. Since then, I've had them do some additional work on my home, and some other jobs at some different houses I owned. They've always done a great job at a very reasonable price.
