We were trying to go through our Home warranty company American Home Shield..... they sent out a plumbing co who after 3 visits left our water heater worse. I was having a huge party on Saturday and we didn't have hot water. Warranty company didn't care neither did the plumbing co. I called JoRod late Friday. Joe came out early Saturday morning installed a new water heater right on time for our party!! This company has the best customer service! We couldn't be happier!! I will always go to JoRod for any plumbing need we might have in the future!
