I had a situation where my water heater needed to be replaced. I went through my home warranty company and they sent out Jordan's plumbing. I had a $200 deductible and the claim was denied. They did no work and the warranty company told me to stop payment on my $200 check that they would pay them directly. A week later they called me complaining that my check didn't go through. They threatened to put a lien on my house so that we could not close. I would never recommend Jordan's plumbing. They treat their customers like crap.

SCAM stay away unless you want to be robbed. I was charged $1000 for installation of a couple inches of piping to replace a frozen pipe. He lied about all the work he supposedly did including turning off the hot water heater so that the hot water ""wasn't working"" and charged to ""fix"" that

I should have read these reviews before contacting him...his helper came - did a good job; less than 30 minutes, no parts (except for a $1 rod that he had a spare in his car) - over $100! As a senior on a fixed income, that hurt. I checked how far he was coming so I wouldn't get charged for drive-time; but I should have asked his hourly rate - I wasn't aware plumbers charge attorney's rates. I should have called a handyman - would have gladly paid him $50 an hour. Live and learn.

very unsastified the did a water softner installation with ilter an try to install a pressure relief valve to lower my water incoming pressure the owner son was not good at it and try to push a home depot watts pressure relief valve for $59.99 in place of adual port valve that ended costing me $126.00+tax at the supply house and charged me $ 300.00 additionally to the $1650.00 for the softner and additional filter total of $1950.00 + me aggravated and had words with the son.inturn I spent $126.00 +installed it my self in no more than 25minutes and no leaks. so I ended finishing the job myself and paid them $1950 for a weekend of hell and two days without water the worst I would not recommend them to an enemy

These people don't know what they're doing. They play trial and error with your money. Fail to locate the real problem, they replace things and charge you then guess again, replace something else. Then when that doesn't solve your problem, they'll replace something else at your cost. One of their employees, Joe, charged me almost $500 to replace a control switch. After about 45 minutes of playing around, he went to get a part. It took him over 2 hours to go to Flemington (12 miles) and back with the part, put it in and it didn't solve the problem. My wife saw his truck parked in the Annandale fire department lot when she went into that area on errands. 4 hours later and nearly $500, nothing was fixed. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR PLUMBING. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND GROSSLY OVERCHARGE. I PAID FOR JOE TO SIT IN THE PARKING LOT. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Yes STAY AWAY from Jordan plumbing. Earlier this month we had a flood under our house. I called my insurance and they sent out Jordan's who proceeded to go under the house and found a large leak from what they said was a sewer line. They could not do anything until the water was removed. After the restoration company, a young man and a middle aged woman removed it Jordan's sent out two very Young men. They came up right away and said they couldn't do the job because there where to many bugs and flies, and there where a lot, but I thought if a middle aged woman could spend 3 hrs down there then surly a plumber could. I called the boss and he said they didn't have to do the job if the area wasn't save and CLEAN. I looked them up and the flies and bugs where harmless. And I never heard of a plumber demanding a CLEAN area. Now this is day thee of our ordeal with no water. I called the restoration company and they said they could pour down some kitty litter like stuff that has lye and enzymes to kill the bugs and also put down tarps. The insurance company said that should be enough but it wasn't. After this treatment they came out again, the same two guys and came right back up saying they still could not do the job. Each time they came out they charged my insurance even though they did nothing. Now it's the 4th day with no water. I told the insurance that I was going to call my own plumber, and I called Preferred plumbing. They also sent out a young man who had it fixed in 3 hrs. He also found that it was NOT a sewer line but a water line from the shower, so we could have used the other bathroom after all. These people are not what a plumber should be in my opinion and are the worse (plumbers) I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of them. Never again!

In the beginning of the week my 88 yr old grandmother had a leak in her toilet, It was the wax seal (a $35 part). A neighbor recommended Jordans plumbing. Jordans plumbing promptly showed up, He spent 2+ hours fixing the toilet and charged my grandmother $500. I think it is unfair that someone would take advantage of an 88 yr old woman that lives on her own. I hope this will get resolved but until then i strongly recommend finding a different plumber, and i will be actively turning people away from doing business with Jordan's Plumbing.

From my experience I found JORDAN Plumbing to be exceptionally reliable and professional. While each consumer is entitled to their own opinion I can only say I would highly recommend TRAVIS JORDAN PLUMBING. He has been to my home on two occasions. Both times he was extremely accommodating and honored his quoted price. The quality of his work reflected a ""seasoned"" professional. I would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends!!

STAY AWAY from Jordan's Plumbing. I gave them a shot after my old plumber sold his business to Travis. He quoted me $79 for the first hour on the phone. After two hours of work, he tried to bill me $500 when the parts costs did not even amount to $100. Two technicians showed up but one spent time training the other (and I was billed for it). Watch out for the ""trip fee"", their way of inflating the price. I recommend you get a ""not to exceed"" quote but better yet, call someone else.
