They refused to fix my grandmother's heater and frozen pipes when we called a little after 4 P.M. The person who answered said they only do that for their regular customers. The attitude was horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I made an appointment to have my heat pump serviced. I was told someone would probably be there around 9am, but it might end up being later. I spent the entire day at home waiting. No one ever arrived. I called to inquire as to why. I was told that my appointment had been bumped until the next day. When I asked if they would typically call to let someone know that they were going to miss an appointment, I was told, ""Sometime's....but not usually"". Zero attempt at customer service. I will not be using Jordan's again.
