I hired Jordan and sons to come install a dishwasher. They have a fee of $65 to come out and then the cost of the installation. When the technician arrived he told me that the cost would be $677. That is just taking out the old one and intalling the new one. I had checked around and the going price is about $200-$300. I refused the service and hired another person and paid $245. This is price gouging and they still expect you to pay the $65. Stay away from this company.

Had a stopped up sewer line on a Friday. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. Great Customer service through the entire plumbing issue. They resolved it quick and even followed up the next day to make sure I was pleased with the services. Nice knowing customer service and quality is still available. Definitely will use them again!

STAY AWAY from Jordan & Sons Plumbing! They charged my parents $1000 for an investigation into their sprinkler system and then quoted an additional $2000 to fix their pump. Hired Welch's Well Drilling that came and fixed it for $150. Currently trying to work with our bank to get back some, if not all, of the $1000. Jordan & Sons Plumbing are a SCAM enterprise and I hope they go out of business. Photos provided for proof!

We recently moved to the area and had a few things to be done around the new home we purchased. Including a new water heater and a few other random things. We called jordan and sons and they got someone out but they charge 65 dollars to tell me what I already knew was wrong with the house from our home inspection. But we paid it and thought things seemed weird they wouldn't even mention how much it would cost for the work. But we're very quick to tell me my house was built around the water heater and they might have to tear down a wall and have to order a special water heater, which was weird being that we had already measured knew it would fit. They quoted us 1500 in labor and 600 for this """"special"""" water heater. So I called another guy Terri Allen and he told us exactly what we thought they were full of sh*t. We went to Lowe's bought a water heater for 300 and he installed it for 200. Needless to say will not be using them for any future work. If you need any work done Call Terry Allen!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with their outrageous pricing. The charge to come out a diagnose the problem was $65. I was told that the P-traps underneath the 2 master bathroom sinks needed to be cleaned and that the cost would be $311. I was further told that they do not charge by the hour but by the job. So, if the job takes 20 minutes, the cost is still $311. I asked the technician if he could do anything about the cost or call his manager who could do something about the cost and the answer was no. I ended up sending him away and will never use this plumbing company in the future.

I broke an in-ground sprinkler line causing a massive deluge of water in our from yard. I called Jordan and Sons. Blake responded within the hour at 3 p.m. on a Friday afternoon. We discussed the treatment and cost. In less than 2 hours, Blake got a part that was needed and fixed the line. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Jordan and Son plumbing for saving us.
