Jordan Plumbing and Maintenance LLC is a family-owned business in Durham, NC. Established in 2001, we have treated every customer like family. Although competitors offer comparable services, our approach includes a personal touch.

Founded in March 2001, by Jeffery Jordan, Jeffery experienced a job loss in 1981 from his position at Research Triangle Park. He decided to move back to Rocky Mount, NC. Upon his return, he joined the family plumbing business.

Jeffery then moved to California, and worked for multiple plumbing businesses before returning to NC. In 1989, he founded American Plumbing, which was limited to repair services. In 1994, he sought to obtain his North Carolina State Plumbing License and was licensed in November 1994. He has since been the owner and operator of Jordan Plumbing and Maintenance LLC.
