I contacted Jordon Plumbing yesterday concerning my hot water heater.
The lady that took my information was extremely nice and very helpful!!
She told me that the technicians would be here today and that she would call to give me a heads-up when they were on their way.
Jayden (J) and Cody were the technicians that came to my home, and I could not have been more impressed with them!!! They were very knowledgeable and more than competent to do the job at hand and they were both more than willing to answer any questions I had!!
They did an excellent job and Cody even killed a whole nest full of wasps that had set up shop in my clean-out drain!!!
They were very gracious... listening to this old woman (ME!!) rattle on about a little bit of everything.
I am so very pleased with THEM and the work they did, AND with Jessica!!!
They will definitely be my ""go-to"" plumbers from now on!!!

We had used a different plumber in Paris to replace the clay sewer lines to pvc lines from the house to the road. Within 2 weeks, our original problem resurfaced. We attempted to notify the same plumber of our problem and the company refused to answer our phone calls, no reply to text messages, and wouldn't return our voicemails. We contacted Jordan Plumbing who came out on the same day and ran a camera through the line. They discovered the original plumber had never completed the work even though they had trenched the yard and were paid for the job. Jordan plumbing stayed until 6:30pm on a Friday and cleaned the sewer line out until they could return to replace the entire drain line as was originally needed. The following Friday, they returned and completed the entire job with new pvc. They are such professional and honest people and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs plumbing work.

Everyone I've dealt with at Jordan Plumbing has been great. My plumbing quit on me with nearly a foot of snow on the ground, and they were there all day, doing everything they could. The problem ended up being bigger than any of us knew, but they took care of me as quickly as possible for what I felt was a very fair price.
