Definitely stay away from Jordan Andrew Construction. The owner is Jordan Andrew Thompson. This company took 1/2 of my money in July and demo'd my entire bathroom without a building permit. The permit was finally obtained Sept 22 under the name of John Henry Diluglio. I still did not have the bathroom completed by Christmas and I had to get an attorney to fire Jordan Andrew Construction. I had to have the drywall redone, the bathroom door they installed removed, rehung because the door wouldn't close, and the door had to be completely reframed. They threw away one of the framing sides to my toilet room so that had to be reframed as well. Jordan Andrew never delivered my plumbing supplies so I had to order the sink faucets and it took an independent plumber 2 months to figure out what type of shower valve Jordan Andrew installed so that the correct trim to turn the shower on could be ordered. I now have to have the shower floor completely redone, the tile subcontractor they use (Millet and Sons) did not slope the floor so it won't drain. I have to squeegee the floor and then towel dry it after every use. I could not get this contractor to come out and oversee his workers. The quality of work this vendor performed is VERY POOR. This contractor should be reported to WINK News if we can find enough complaints against his company.

These are some Interesting trashy people. They take the material and dump it in a residential area... they charge u dump fee. SAD , they dump all debris, right in Naples Park. They go by several different names as well but all roads lead back to 672 92nd st.

I agree with the first review! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I used them after hurricane IRMA took down my pool cage. This company smelled blood and took advantage of a single woman's situation and price gouged the cost two-fold. I signed a very flimsy invoice with no terms or anything, just the size of the cage and a price. Stupid me, I signed it and gave him a check for 1/2. His attitude was rude, belligerent and offensive after I questioned him about the price, etc. I have had nothing but regrets in hiring this crappy company!!! They do write their own reviews, they don't communicate. I reported their price gouging to the state and Collier County. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They're crooks!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Jordan Andrew Construction is operated by Jordan A. Thompson, dba as Jim Smith Plumbing and Jordan Andrew Construction. I hired Jim Smith Plumbing for replacement of 3 PEX joints... a light plumbing job. I was quoted $219/for first hour + parts. After an actual 1.5 hours of work, I was billed $570. Jordan A. Thompson was belligerent and argumentative on the phone and denied that their tech quoted me $219 for the first hour. In the end, because I had """"signed the bill"""", he refused any credit. Jordan Thompson WRITES HIS OWN 5 STAR REVIEWS OF HIS COMPANIES, Jordan Andrew Construction and Jim Smith Plumbing. He MAY be associated with Erin Walsh who also WRITES 5 STAR REVIEWS of Jordan A. Thompsons companies as well as A Bit of Everything of Naples, FL. Jordan Thompson ALSO posted 5 STAR REVIEWS of A Bit of Everything. Jordan A. Thompson and ANY companies he is associated with are HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL. Can you really trust a company that WRITES THEIR OWN 5 STAR REVIEWS? Jordan A. Thompson gives Naples Contractors A BAD NAME!! If you need plumbing, I would HIGHLY recommend Plumbing Nerds, Naples, FL (Note: I am NOT associated in ANY WAY with Plumbing Nerds). See THEIR HONEST 5 Star ratings on Google!!! NOTE: I encourage ANY potential customer to read the HIGHLY inaccurate rant by the owner of this company (posted on Jim Smith Plumbing Google review). The devil is in the details of his response. There was NO agreed to quote of $570 dollars. I was told by their tech $219 for first hour plus parts, and that it should not cost """"much more than that"""" to fix. By the owner's own math: $570/2.5 hours minus the $40 in PEX fittings = $265/hour which is OUTRAGEOUS. As to the """"yelling and screaming"""", I reply....OUTRAGEOUS, UNTRUTHFUL, and UNPROFESSIONAL on you, the owner of the companies, part. Further, I encourage ALL potential customers to go to Angie's list, but read all the D and F Rating complaints. There you will find something quite closer to the truth concerning the UNSCRUPULOUS and UNETHICAL business practices of Jordan A. Thompson, dba Jim Smith Plumbing, dba Jordan Andrew Construction.

STOP! Do not use this company. They price gouge beyond belief and are not trusty worthly. Don't be taken in by their website. It is very well crafted and misleading. I have never been so sorry that I hired them to replace my pool cage. It was the biggest and most costliest mistake in my whole life. They took advantage of my emotional state right after hurricane IRMA. Please do not EVER use them or you will be so sorry!
